- Number of SEO keywords in Top 3 multiplied by 3 in 1 year
- Number of monthly leads generated multiplied by 4 in 1 year
- Number of quarterly customers generated by marketing multiplied by 5 in 1 year

- Optimize the way client's projects are handled: in collaboration with the entire team, I was in charge of analysing the current process and improve it in order to increase projects' efficiency.
-Elaborate documents: specification papers, project models, contracts.
- Search for and implement a project management platform (Redmine) and a CRM (Zoho CRM).

- Create French marketing contents (website, contracts, specification papers,...).

8 ans chez Plezi.

Ce qui m'a retenu aussi longtemps ? Des collègues en or, un rôle qui se réinvente chaque année, et un produit dans lequel je crois.
On avait construit quelque chose d'assez rare : une marque qui ne sonnait pas faux. "Actif à l'intérieur et ça se voit à l'extérieur"

Plezi c'était des équipes engagées, sincères, ambitieuses, généreuses, bienveillantes. Qui savaient se remettre en question, qui savaient aussi rire. Tout ce qu'on a vécu ensemble, personne ne l'enlèvera.

Et puis il y a tous ceux qui gravitaient autour de Plezi : nos clients, nos partenaires, un écosystème entier qu'on a eu la chance de côtoyer pendant toutes ces années. Merci à vous aussi.

Suite au rachat, aujourd'hui c'est mon dernier jour chez Plezi. 
Renaud disait souvent que ce qui compte, c'est le chemin, pas la destination. Après 8 ans, je peux dire qu'il avait raison.
