1 idea. 4 formats. 1 Million+ total views. This is repurposing at it's finest. 

I might make it look and sound easy, but it actually takes quite a while to develop the skill to identify repurposing funnels like this in your niche.

This is one idea turned into 4 different formats. 

- Main video
- Short Static Breakdown
- Short-Form Tutorial
- Long-Form Tutorial

And I just repurposed it one more time for a LinkedIn post. Friyay. 

Each format serves a different purpose on a different account. 

This is a rinse and repeat formula that can grow accounts relatively easily.

Obviously there is still some level of taste making and skill required to execute the different formats, but it's not rocket science.

I will also say that I am by no means at the level of some of the very talented people in the GenAI space.

However, my strength is understanding social distribution. 

And that knowledge, combined with a good enough idea/concept, is what can get you very good results.

Ok I swear this is my last post on the ai girl edit but I'm just trying to show you how I leverage moments like this.

So the original video was posted on my 3rd TikTok account which is 2 weeks old. 

The problem was that the official music track hadn't been uploaded so I had to use my own. 

About 4/5 days ago the official track went up and it started trending hard. 

I spotted this as an opportunity to remake the video again but post it under the official audio.

This has just done a million views over night and is getting beamed out.

New account is well and truly off to the races and you have no idea how happy I am about this.

I have 900k+ followers. I’m building a GenAI studio. This is my multi-channel content strategy leveraging my personal brand to drive leads to the business.

So this is a new plan and just about to get underway. 

I have 3 full-time editors onboarded and looking to hire 2 more.

My weekly content plan will be:

- 3-5 highly edited shorts
- 5 short ai experiments
- 3 ai long-form tutorials
- 5 raw short-form talking heads
- 1 raw long-form talking head

This content is created under 5 different personal brand channels (3x short-form, 2x long-form) across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and then posted to X, Linkedin and Threads. 

This is to keep certain formats separate but it is all still a wheel.

Each piece feeds another.

One ai experiment turns into a short and long form tutorial and then I also wrap up my daily and weekly learnings in the raw talking heads. 

I’ve been planning this strategy for a while now and I'm about to start executing it.

It's specifically tailored towards strengthening my brand awareness, authority and trust which will inevitably bring leads into the business. 

The different types of content serve all 4 things but some are better at doing it than others. 

A mixture of all of them optimises for maximum development across the board. 

This is also why you need to have them on different channels.

Content that maximises for awareness is very different than content that maximises for trust. 

Having all of this content on the same channel will impact the effectiveness of the awareness content because contrasting content will impact overall reach. 

Some may disagree with the above, but I live on social, I practice what I preach, I have no client rules, I test, I experiment, I learn, and this is what I've learnt. 

I will say this is not for people who are part-time, you have to be all-in on a content strategy like this. 

Some bros will say you can do all this with AI, but AI doesn't teach you what it's like to be in the mud. 

Maybe you'll get more posts out by getting AI to do everything for you, but your follower growth will disillusion you into thinking your skill development is growing at the same rate. 

It won't be. 

Just do the work.

I hate the phrase "game-changing," but this is definitely changing the game.

I think it's fair to say that Google's Nano Banana Pro is a huge leap forward in image generation/editing.

The combination of improvements across multiple areas is what makes this by far the best model.

I usually would write a spiel about the impact of this and the future of AI. 

However, I spent the last two days making this video and I'm behind on a lot of stuff.

Decided to test Grok yesterday and was very impressed with the speed and variety of models in the generations.

Only issue is that they're low res.

But a great hack right now is to just upload any image into Seedream and just prompt "recreate and keep everything the same" and you now have your image in 4k. 

I then started experimenting with simple speech generations with Google Veo 3.1.

It still seems to produce a little bit of waxiness and audio still sounds like Veo audio.

A workaround for this is feeding the video into ElevenLabs voice changer and finding a voice that matches.

It's still not perfect though as AI voiceovers still lack spatial ambience and room tone.

I just made a video for Adobe covering their latest AI features and I think they’re beginning to step up their game.

We’re now beginning to see what the future of professional tools look like.

It's not just about one-click generative features, it's about embedding AI as a useful, everyday partner across many aspects of a creative's workflow.

My video covers features that show Adobe is leaning into this balance.

They're sticking to their commercially safe model strategy with Firefly Image 5, but also opening the ecosystem to other partner models.

However, they know their competitive advantage isn't just about providing access to the best models.

It's their ecosystem.

They have something that 99% of companies don't: a fully integrated suite of tools that professionals actually use.

The new additions cover the entire creative workflow.

For the brainstorming phase, they've introduced new environments like Firefly Boards, which allows you to quickly brainstorm and mood board different concepts with ease.

This foundation supports the other more granular utility tools I covered in the video:

- Harmonize to instantly match an object's lighting and colour to your scene.
- Light Touch to relight photos after they've been taken. 
- Trace Erase to completely remove objects and shadows.
- Generative upscale to upscale images.

This is the fine control + AI help that people want.

They're also soon adding the ability to analyse your footage and automatically layer sound effects or split your audio into different tracks.

But the biggest reveal for me is Project Graph.

It’s a node-based workflow that lets you chain prompts, images, and videos together to build your own custom reusable workflow.

We’re beginning to see this category of product really explode because many believe this is the future of professional creative production.

Adobe now just have the challenge of figuring out how to further develop this alongside everything else, so they have seamless integrations across their whole ecosystem of products.

The decisions Adobe makes now will define their trajectory, especially with more competition than ever.

However, if these features are the sign of things to come, I believe they're on the right track.
