As Head of Marketing & Product Development, my role was to develop the strategies, approaches and branding to ensure that market positioning achieves results.

 - Successfully co-created and launched the new brand identity positioning the company as a technology company rather than a mobile phone store and distancing itself from Nokia, the brand that it was closely associated with for more than a decade.
- Helped the company sell and distribute other brands like Apple, Huawei in addition to obtaining authorised distributorship for HTC, Sony and OnePlus.
 - Re-modeled the entire network of 28+ retail outlets in-line with the new brand strategy which resulted in increased revenue in more than half of the retail outlets
 - Achieved injection to the emerging Virtual Reality revenue channel by activating new opportunities
 - Transformed cost center to profit centers re positioning digital marketing to elevate growth and market impacts.
 - Launched a strategy for the ICT business units to put together a portfolio of products & services targeting the SMB segment and the start-up community in Kuwait

Sometimes I feel "MVP" is a buzzword.

You need just enough in place to prove your product delivers value.

Nothing more. 

Most founders overbuild.
