My passion and drive have allowed me to successfully lead teams, launch businesses, scale companies for acquisition and deliver fast-paced growth in various roles over the past 22 years. I am experienced in scaling businesses for acquisition, strategic transformation, developing new products, building high-performing teams, streamlining distribution and delivery models, and turnkey solutions for failing projects / businesses. My key strengths include innovative talent management, content and product development, and business growth strategies. I have lived and worked across multiple sectors and markets, including the UK, Europe, Latin America, North America, the Middle East and North Africa, India, China, and Singapore. I have also successfully launched the first-ever sleep event in the UK and ran my own management consulting business for media, publishing and events companies. In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a qualified yoga instructor, chair of the board trustees for a cause that is important to me - empowering women. I also serve as a non-executive strategic adviser for two innovative companies at different stages of growth, and I am passionate about using technology to improve health.
