For Balraj, motivating, training and Coaching is not a profession but Passion with Purpose. A purpose to help people unleash their true and unrealised potential. He motivates, trains and coaches keeping this purpose in mind.

He has more than a two decades of cross functional experience in diverse industries and 12 years of motivating, training and coaching experience.

𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝟯 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀. 𝟰𝟳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 — 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿….

What was planned as a 1-hour Ask Me Anything Session turned into a 2 hour 48 minutes masterclass — not because the agenda was long, but because the hunger to learn was unstoppable.

At 6:55 PM on 30th Nov., 25, 47 passionate trainers joined the Zoom room with one intention:

𝗧𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄. 𝗧𝗼 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲. 𝗧𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.

Most stayed for nearly 2 hours… and 10 trainers stayed with me right till 9:43 PM.

And that says everything about this tribe.

A race competition was going on.

The athletes were sprinting with full intensity — powerful strides, fierce focus, everything on the line.

But there was one person who shocked everyone.

Not a participant.

 Not a star athlete.

 Not even someone trained for the race.

It was the cameraman.

He wasn’t competing… but he was running faster than the actual runners.

 In fact, at one point, he even overtook the athletes just to get the perfect shot.

The video went viral.

But behind the humour and surprise lies a leadership truth most professionals ignore:

The cameraman wasn’t meant to win the race.

 The athletes weren’t meant to outrun the cameraman.

 Everyone was operating — or struggling — in a place that didn’t match their role.

And that’s exactly what happens in organizations every single day:

Employees working hard… but in the wrong department.

 Managers giving 200%… but in a role that doesn’t use their strengths.

 Leaders running fast… but in a direction that doesn’t align with the business goals.

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀.

Because even great performers fail when they’re in the wrong place.

𝗣 – 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀

 Excellence becomes visible only when you operate where your talent truly fits.

 Just because you can do something faster doesn’t mean you should be doing it.

 The wrong context can make a champion look like a misfit. The right one amplifies your value.

𝗘 – 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆

 Pause, reflect, and ask: “Am I running hard… in the right race?”

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
 
Leadership isn’t about doing more, running faster, or proving your capability in every situation.

 It’s about placing yourself — and your people — where they can create maximum impact.

𝗗𝗠 𝗺𝗲 — 𝗜 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱.

𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗖.𝗔.𝗥.𝗘…

Riya worked in a fast-growing tech company where deadlines ruled everything. 

One day, a frustrated customer called, complaining about a recurring issue that no one had solved for weeks. 

Instead of giving the usual scripted response, Riya did something different—she listened.

She didn’t rush. She didn’t defend. She didn’t transfer the call.

She simply said: “𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂.”

She coordinated across teams, followed up every 4 hours, and resolved the issue within a day.

The customer wrote back:

“𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘅 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁.”

The next morning, her manager asked what magic she had used. Riya smiled:

“No magic. Just care.”

In today’s work culture—where speed replaces empathy—Riya proved one thing:

Great leaders never say “That’s not my job.” They step in, take charge, and carry the responsibility to the finish line. Ownership creates confidence, eliminates friction, and shows your team what accountability truly looks like.

𝗥 – 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆

Don’t wait for reminders, escalations, or frustrations. Keep people informed before they ask. Proactive communication reassures customers and teams that they are in safe hands—this is where reliability becomes your brand.

Fixing the issue is the baseline. Leaders go a step further—they elevate the experience. A small gesture of extra effort creates disproportionate impact, building loyalty and long-term trust.

A framed piece of writing on the wall of an old orphanage had just a few simple lines…yet they carried more wisdom than many leadership books combined.

𝗜𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱:

“If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish motives. Be kind anyway.”

“What you spend years building can be destroyed overnight. Build anyway.”

“The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.”

“Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway.”

“In the final analysis, it is between you and your God. It was never between you and them anyway.”

I stood there for a long moment.

Because this is not just a message for life…It’s a message for leadership.
In the real world, as leaders:

 1. You will be misunderstood.

 2. Your intentions will be questioned.

 3. Your efforts may be ignored.

 4. Your hard work may get overshadowed.

 5. Your contribution may go unnoticed.

And yet… you must lead anyway.

Because leadership is not a popularity contest.

It is a responsibility.

A quiet promise you make to yourself about who you choose to be, even when nobody is watching.

This message reminded me of the core truth:

Leadership begins where recognition ends.

𝗔.𝗡.𝗬.𝗪.𝗔.𝗬. — 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺
 
𝗔 – 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆

Do what’s right even when no one applauds it.

𝗡 – 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱

Consistency of character matters more than recognition.

𝗬 – 𝗬𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲

Lead from inner conviction, not external validation.

𝗪 – 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻

True leaders build quietly, without seeking credit.

𝗔 – 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗶𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀

Let your principles guide your choices, not people’s reactions.

𝗬 – 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲

Leadership is ultimately a service — to people and to your own conscience.

Your leadership is not validated by applause.

It is validated by your actions — consistent, courageous, and value-driven.

So today, if you feel unseen, unappreciated, or questioned… remember the words from that old orphanage wall:
