Bonus: include the primary objection verbatim from customer research. If you can’t say the objection, you don’t understand the buyer.

↳ Format, length, 2 headline options, 1 CTA, and one raw asset to copy into the ad.

6️⃣ Success Criteria + Fail Budget  
↳ Metric, timeline, and how many quick variants to greenlight before pivoting. Example: "Launch 5 variants. If no win in 7 days, cut."

Stop asking for "a vibe" or "play around." That is creative laziness dressed as flexibility.

How to operationalize it (practical playbook):

1. Map 3 core personas
2. For each persona, create 4 context angles (fear, aspiration, scarcity, social proof)
3. For each angle, craft 3 intensity levels (tease, proof, close)

Result: 3 x 4 x 3 = 36 distinct angles to feed the algorithm

Metric that matters: Angle Velocity
→ How fast you can validate an angle and create 3 creative variants for it. Faster velocity = faster scale.

Controversial take: If you’re rotating offers every week to chase volume, you are masking bad angle work. Fix the message first, then scale the spend.
