I also host The One Problem podcast, where leaders and experts explore how better thinking leads to better decisions.

I have trained and worked with executives through focused workshops and leadership engagements, helping them reduce time spent consuming information while increasing the quality and speed of their decisions.

Intelligence is not the issue. Structure is.
