As an account manager, I’m the face of the company and the first point of contact to my clients.
The most important principle that guides me at work is making sure each client gets the absolutely best journey with our product, which means full and immediate support from the first moment throughout any challenge or request. 

My role includes:

* Full sales cycle management, reaching out to inbound and outbound leads, presenting the solution both on a business and on the technical level, showing product DEMO, onboarding the client and follow up during the PoC to deal closure. 

* Analyzing potential growth and helping clients to use Spotinst better by saving costs for more use cases and environments. 

* Provide insights to Product and RnD teams on features that can provide added value for our clients.

* Managing all channel activity, qualification and reaching out to potential business partners, educating them on our product, providing technical and commercial support.

Account Manager

•	Manage all channel relationships with IBM SW Business Partners.
•	Involve Business Partners in new products fields and expending their business 
with IBM. Currently, I am the channel representative who engage new Business Partners with IBM Watson product. Watson is a cognitive, machine learning solution.
•	First point of contact for any sales and incentive programs related issues. 
•	Responsible for new Business Partners on boarding including guidance of information systems for opportunity management and partnership agreements. 
•	Creating and monitoring weekly channel forecasts. Presenting the forecast to Channel manager and conducting, if necessary, gap checks finding in which fields we do not level the budget.
