 • Built relationships with CEOs, CTOs, and decision makers, evangelized the company at industry events, 
    and articulated value proposition and use cases of generative AI to drive adoption. 
 • Developed overall GTM strategy from planning to execution, and guided pivot in sales strategy from 
    small deals to enterprise deals that enabled sales to large agencies.  
 • Achieved 3x ARR growth during tenure.

Lusha.co

Lusha is a contact information database that offers B2B sales teams accurate, accessible data through simple self-service products. I was initially hired as Head of Business Development and later promoted to Head of Global Sales, with a focus on building and developing a sales organization as Lusha transitioned strategy from self-service sales to a personal selling model.

Highlights:
 • Built a sales team from the ground up, trained team members, selected and implemented a sales tech 
    stack, built playbooks for sales processes, and guided pivot from transactional sales to value sales. 
 • Contributed to launch of an offshore office and supported hiring, training, and mentoring. 
 • Defined new processes for securing large enterprise accounts that resulted in 4x enterprise sales growth. 
 • Overall efforts led to ARR growth of over 10X

Sisense

Sisense is a BI and analytics platform that enables organizations to gather, analyze, and visualize data from various sources. I was brought in to define business development strategy and processes, and to build and scale an outbound business development organization from the ground up, growing it to 65 members. 

Highlights:
 • Created and led a new predictive prospecting model to effectively drive new business and close sales.
 • Increased number of booked demos by 150% per business development manager, resulting in a 30% increase in outbound sales.
 • Led Sisense’s presence at events, generating on average 100+ new business opportunities per event.

Head Of Business Development

Seebo

Seebo provides predictive and prescriptive AI solutions for industrial manufacturing environments. I joined Seebo in a sales role and was quickly promoted to business development to build an outbound team. 

Highlights: 
 • Built the sales team and strategy from scratch, established sales operations, and defined KPIs. 
 • Trained, managed, and mentored a six-member sales team.  
 • Represented the company at IoT industry events to promote the Seebo brand. 
 • Increased the number of business opportunities from just 20 to over 200 per month.

Better Move

Better Move/Manor Moving provided residential moving and storage services in NYC. I co-founded Better move with two partners and acquired a competitor Manor Moving after two years in operation, and was responsible for managing day-to-day business operations. 

Highlights: 
 • Generated annual revenue of over $2M, doubling business profits in two years.
 • Secured exclusive partnerships worth $1M with leading real estate firms Citi Habitats, Douglas Elliman, 
    Keller Williams NYC, and Compass Inc.

I am a technology sales executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of professional experience that includes building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales and business development teams to drive revenue growth. I am currently a CRO of Onfire.ai, where I have driven our sales and GTM strategy during a period of revenue growth. In the past, I have served in sales leadership roles for a mix of tech startups and growth companies, and also served as founded two additional US-based businesses. 

I'm skilled at creating and executing strategy to achieve short-term and long-term business goals, and bring high-energy charisma and a “can do” attitude to all my work. I also offer strong technical knowledge in data analytics and automation to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision making by leadership.
