I'm Artem Brytchenko, the CEO of Platforce, a dynamic company dedicated to boosting field force productivity and enhancing customer engagement across various industries.

My expertise lies in improving sales force effectiveness, creating digital interactive content, implementing closed-loop marketing, and aligning marketing and sales strategies. I have also been involved in digitalization, customer engagement, and customer-centricity.

With experience spanning E-commerce, Food Delivery, and FinTech, I previously led a prominent e-commerce company in Ukraine, managing a team of up to 186 employees and receiving multiple national awards. I hold a Master's degree in International Economics and earned a European Business Competence License in Business Administration. Additionally, I have over three years of non-commercial leadership experience in AIESEC, the world's largest youth-run organization.

At Platforce, my team and I are committed to helping companies streamline their business processes and improve customer experience through our customizable and scalable platform, which focuses on engagement and compliance.

I manage Platforce CRM with closed-loop marketing capabilities for pharma and life sciences. We help companies that interact with healthcare professionals and care about the efficiency and compliance of these interactions to earn more revenue.

I used to think leadership was about direction. Now I think it’s more about attention. 

Not attention from others, but attention to others: Who’s been quiet lately? Who keeps showing up even when things are hard? Who’s trying something new, even if it’s messy? 

It’s easy to celebrate results. It takes more intention to notice the steps that led there. 

Especially in fast-moving teams, the temptation is to jump from one milestone to the next. 
But the moments that build real culture? They’re quieter. Smaller. Easier to miss. 
Leadership, to me, is learning to slow down enough to see them. And saying “I noticed” before saying “what’s next.” 

That’s the kind of team I want to build.

Reps don’t want more PDFs. They don’t want another round of e-learning modules no one remembers. They want something simple: “Tell me what I’m doing well. Tell me what I can improve. Let me practice.” 

That’s it. Not in theory. Not next quarter. In the flow of their actual work. But somehow, that’s still hard to deliver. 

We expect consistency across teams, but give feedback weeks after the fact. 
We ask for confident delivery, but offer no space to rehearse. 
We talk about performance, but make it about dashboards, not conversations. 
Maybe the problem isn’t motivation or talent: it’s the way we’ve designed “training.” 

If we want reps to show up sharp, confident, and on-message, we have to stop throwing content at them and start building support around them. 

That’s something we’ve worked on at Platforce. And something I think every company in a high-stakes industry should be thinking about.

"The next competitive advantage in healthcare won’t be innovation: it will be execution clarity." That might sound strange at first. But here’s the reality I keep seeing, across clients, partners, and industry events: 

Innovation is no longer the differentiator. Everyone’s got AI pilots, new platforms, clever content strategies. Don’t get me wrong: that is important too. But what most companies don’t have? A clear, real-time view of what’s actually happening on the ground.

So here’s the question I’ve been thinking about: What would your decisions look like if you saw everything clearly in time to change course? 

It’s not just about more dashboards. It’s about visibility that leads to better execution. That’s the real edge.

New reps don’t lack talent. They lack safe spaces. 
You can hand them the best onboarding materials, the clearest decks, even assign a buddy, and they’ll still need weeks (or months) before they feel truly confident in the field. 

Not because they’re slow learners, but because there’s no real space to practice without pressure. No HCP watching the clock. No manager silently evaluating every word. No fear that a single mistake might cost trust or a prescription. 

Imagine flipping that. Imagine a place where every rep can rehearse real conversations, test responses, get instant feedback; and build muscle memory, not anxiety. You don’t have to imagine it anymore. It’s true! We’ve actively built something to make that real, and it’s ready for you to try. 😉 

Because the fastest way to grow field confidence… is to make learning feel safe.

Growth is exciting, until something breaks. You hire more reps. Launch new markets. Add new partners. But suddenly, things feel… off.
