#1: Sales: Spearheading and managing all sales efforts to fuel company growth and revenue generation.
#2: CRM Integration: Successfully set up the company’s CRM system from scratch, integrating the database to ensure all client interactions were captured and organized. I focus on optimizing its usage by enhancing client management, improving data collection, and streamlining the sales process for smoother operations and better efficiency.
#3: Outbound operations: Overseeing all client operations, from financial management to client onboarding, ensuring seamless communication and workflows.  
#4: Internal Operations: Leading the implementation of efficient business processes to improve organizational effectiveness and growth.  
#5: Business Development: Continuing to spearhead business development efforts through strategic partnerships and identifying new sales channels.

Chief Operating Officer

As a Business Development Specialist at Loopex Digital, I played a key role in driving growth and expanding brand awareness through various channels, with a focus on lead generation and business development. 

My core responsibilities included:

#1: Sales: leading and executing successful lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, resulting in increased lead conversions and client engagement.
#2 Brand Awareness: identifying and leveraging new avenues to enhance brand awareness, driving visibility and expanding our reach.
#3 Marketing: Collaborating closely with the marketing team to improve social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, significantly boosting engagement and brand interaction.
#4 SEO Events: Organizing and managing online and offline events aimed at promoting brand awareness and facilitating recruitment, including participation in workshops and job fairs.
#5 Organization of an entire SEO Course: Successfully organized and managed a comprehensive 3-month SEO course mostly independently. I handled every aspect of the project, from planning and logistics to lead generation and execution, demonstrating my ability to manage end-to-end projects with efficiency and success.
