Our integrative approach, combining industrial design and mechanical engineering ensures our process supports for manufacturability. In addition to our fees-for-services, our hybrid business model with our venture studio allows us to opportunistically invest in innovative companies and great entrepreneurs/tech founders.

- Responsible for providing technical and functional support to existing and prospective clients ensuring customer satisfaction and account retention.
- Articulate Vast Conference’s product strengths and benefits to customers, relative to competition. 
- Demonstrated software features and functionality for newly acquired & existing clientele. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to offer an exceptional customer experience and resolve complex technical issues.
- Understand key accounts’ business and solutions requirements using a consultative approach to drive customer adoption and build lasting customer relationships.
- Assist customers with on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition and encourage initial use with high customer satisfaction.
- Provide product marketing and engineering with customer feedback and insights to continuously improve Vast Conference’s products and services.
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities. 
- Experience using Salesforce, Empirix, and other internal database software.
