Senior Consultant

Involved in several regulatory and IT change projects such as:

1. T+1 settlements

Impact assessment, development of a roadmap and implementation of T+1 settlements as per new SEC rules applicable to settlement of US securities. 

2. Optimization of OTC Derivatives Confirmations operational model

Led the Optimization of OTC Derivatives Confirmations Operational model based on client pain points analysis/ requirements and benchmarking against market best practices. Developed a prioritized roadmap for OTC Confirmations transformation. 

Also developed IDP deployment use cases for incoming confirms and detailed vendor assessment for Intelligent Automation solutions such as Xceptor, SmartDX, ABBYY.
