In my role as the Product Marketing Director, my responsibilities and achievements include:

Building, leading, coaching, and developing an international sales and product marketing team of 35 individuals, with 7 direct reports.
Defining and implementing sales and marketing goals, and tracking their progress to ensure targets are met.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key customers, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving sales growth.
Creating and executing innovative product marketing strategies that enhance our market presence and boost product visibility.
Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment with the overall company strategy.
Identifying new market opportunities and driving product development to meet emerging customer needs.
Conducting data analysis and market research to understand trends, track performance metrics, and make informed strategic decisions.
Training and motivating the team to improve performance and develop a strong, cohesive unit focused on achieving the company's goals.

Product Marketing Director for Baltic countries

In my role as a Business Unit Manager, I led strategic negotiations with both potential and existing key customers to foster relationships and drive business growth. I was instrumental in developing and executing the expansion of our notebook and PC brands' distribution network across the Baltic region, including Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

I created and implemented sales and marketing strategies to bolster the company's market presence and profitability. This involved meticulous planning and execution of the product purchasing process, formulation of a diversified product portfolio, and efficient management of top accounts.

As a leader, I communicated the corporate vision and strategic direction to my team members, fostering a shared understanding of our goals and expectations. I directed a team of six product managers, inspiring them to deliver their best performance.

Additionally, I oversaw the budget development and management process, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and financial sustainability of the unit.

As a Product Manager at TD Baltic, a leading distributor of IT products and solutions in the Baltic region, I held a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence within the Lithuanian market. My responsibilities spanned various aspects of product management, including strategic planning and execution, active sales, and marketing planning.

My role involved driving the development of product and sales processes to optimize performance and boost sales. To do this, I engaged in comprehensive market analysis and collaborated closely with partners and suppliers. As a negotiator, I cultivated lasting partnerships, fostering mutual growth and success.

Moreover, I managed key accounts, which required keen attention to detail, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of our clients' unique needs and expectations. These experiences have instilled in me a robust foundation in product management and given me a broad understanding of the IT solutions market in the Baltic region.

As a former Board Member of Blue Ocean Robotics' joint venture in Lithuania, I was instrumental in providing strategic guidance for the development and implementation of innovative robotic solutions across multiple sectors. Supported the launch and acceleration of Blue Ocean Robotics in Lithuania. Developed and implemented the sales strategy, built sales systems and created a local partner network.  I was actively involved in the oversight of key operations, facilitating the growth and expansion of the company within the region.

As a Sales and Project Manager at Duomenų Logistikos Sprendimai, my role was multifaceted and included various responsibilities. In the sales aspect, I was responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet company sales targets, forging strong relationships with key clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth. I managed a portfolio of clients and worked closely with them to understand their needs and deliver tailored data logistics solutions.

On the project management side, I oversaw a range of projects from inception to completion. This involved coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring timelines and budgets were adhered to. I worked diligently to ensure that all projects were delivered on time, within scope and budget, and that they met the high-quality standards set by our company.
