My responsibilities consisted of promotion performance data gathering and the creation of reports with recommendations to maximise year on year team and department sales performance, handling customer complaints, the coordination of various promotional and marketing events  as well as the management of over 18 direct report through the performance development cycle. I also planned, managed and held regular meetings and briefings across multiple departments and created detailed project plans that involved assigning, monitoring and prioritizing work with external suppliers, internal departments and client project teams.

With over a decade of leadership under my belt, I understand how to build and coach top-performing teams of Sales Development Reps and Leaders. I've hired, coached, and led more SDRs than I can count across EMEA and APAC. 

During my Redis journey as a SDR Leader, I've helped to transform and guide a group of 30+ SDRs and 4 SDR Leaders into a well-oiled sales machine across EMEA and APAC. I've watched them grow from nervous newbies to seasoned pros, with half of them moving into Senior SDR roles and many graduating to closing roles.
