Partner Manager (Nordics)

● As first ever YouTube Workshop & Events Coordinator, successfully developing and launching a new workflow for organizing events in the market. Liaising with internal teams to develop and deliver new tools for event management within the existing YouTube CRM system and streamlining the event management process from A to Z, resulting in time save of 400 hours

● Organizing 80 events over two quarters: Sourcing attendees for events, managing registration
process & email communication with attendee, sourcing event locations, catering and
merchandise, collecting feedback on events from attendees, logging event attendance,
satisfaction score, creating and tracking budget for creator events EMEA-wide

Key achievement in the role:
● Establishing the role of Event Coordinators within the EMEA team as well as globally, resulting in the team growing to 3 Event Coordinators in EMEA, 10 globally by Q3’16

EMEA Workshops & Events Coordinator

EGG+

Taking event briefs from clients, researching event suppliers and facilities, developing event
concepts, putting together client presentations, pitching to clients, managing participant
databases, coordinating all logistical aspects of high-end events for up to 200 participants, on-site delegate management, developing and expanding the existing supplier database

● Planning & execution of a 100-pax high-end sales conference in Buenos
