I believe in compounding tiny bets. You take one step, then another, and one day you look up and you’re building the thing you always wanted.

My first step was in Silicon Valley, writing code at a startup. I remember walking out on day one thinking, someday I’ll build my own company. No clue how, but crystal clear that I would.

So I optimized for learning. I moved into product and shipped from zero to one again and again. At Klarna I launched the Klarna Card, which became one of the top performing products at the company. More scars, more reps, more conviction. Then I helped launch Klarna in Spain. A crash course in real GTM: hiring the first sales reps and figuring out what “good” looks like; building a marketing engine that actually moves pipeline; stitching together operations so support, risk, legal, and finance could scale without breaking; hitting numbers, fixing what broke yesterday, and doing it again next week. That phase taught me the full stack of how companies grow.

Meanwhile, AI assistants started to change how people discover and decide. It clicked for me: if I am researching most of the products I buy with AI, most of my customers must be doing the same. We need to show up on AI answers! 😱

Fast forward to this year. We launched Omnia, an agentic platform that helps brands win visibility in AI engines. Instead of dashboards that tell you what happened, Omnia turns insights into actions and gets things done.
Today we’re announcing €3.5M to fuel that mission, from Visionaries Club, Kfund, Baobab Ventures, and a group of exceptional angels. Grateful for the belief and the push.

More people every day ask AI engines for entertainment recommendations: what to watch, which platform has the best content or the right price. And visibility in AI engines has become a quiet battle.

This chart shows what happens behind those answers.

At the start of October, Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios had almost 25% share of voice across AI engines. A week later, it dropped to 8%.
HBO Max went from 27% to almost nothing, then climbed back up.
Netflix stayed first, with around 18%, definitely the most stable one.

Why do you think Prime Video and HBO fell so quickly, and what do you think helps Netflix stay so consistent?
