Quick journey:

2019: went out of my state to start college
2020: joined societies during COVID-19
2021: became vice-president of society 
(realised how it feels managing & running a team)
2022: finished my college with a placement in hand
2022: resigned on day 1, joined another internship
2022: left internship, joined another job in research
2022: started writing on LinkedIn (a few bucks)
2023: resigned from my job & full-time writing
2024: writing & influencer marketing job
2025: resigned from my job, still writing
2026: LinkedIn is the mainstream + Instagram

Who knows what the future holds, but I know one thing for sure: I’m never going to reduce efforts.

P.S. on a different note, do you like burgers or French fries?

My client Meg... (a career coach) got 30+ leads in a month & she didn't follow "post daily" advice.

Usually, career coaches are the ones who are:

→ busy doing 1:1s
→ occupied with their cohorts
→ managing their clients and family
→ spend a lot of time on their business

Giving them less time to write & show up because they're already investing a lot in their business.

That's why I suggest a 'sustainable' posting schedule rather than 5x a week or more.

2 simple ways:

- do it yourself as per your schedule
- hire a great ghostwriter and let them do

Because daily posts build pressure if you start it initially.

What I’ve seen work far better:

• Fewer posts, clearer thinking
• Repetition of ideas, not reinvention
• Comments that add depth, not noise
• A system that works even on low-energy weeks

A coach who posts twice a week for a year with a clear point of view will always outperform someone who posts daily for a month and disappears.

Advice without context sounds productive.
But for career coaches, it often does more harm than good.

LinkedIn rewards clarity over hustle.
And calm beats chaos every single time.
