• Developed a proprietary method to determine competitor die cast, plastic, powdered metal, machined, universal motors and electronics, and extruded costs which includes material, process, coating, shipping, and profits using VBA, SQL, MSAccess & MSExcel for table, miter, chop, reciprocating, routers, and circular saws
• Determined bottlenecks in manufacturing and methods to improve efficiency

Product Sales / Design Engineer

Throttle Body Development
• Intermediate software design validation for the power train division implementing both mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Engineering reports for level 3 project, junior program management training, DOE and cause and effect tests for throttle bodies
• Failure Analysis for throttle bodies (DFMEA), specialized projects included torque testing for throttle valve screws, constant customer (GM) contact, daily meetings to relay information from customer to team, explanation of failures to customer and managers
• Trained technicians to interpret torque vs temperature graphs using regression analysis
• Reviewed project deliverables and APQP with program manager

With the hyperscaler market size going from $167B USD (CAPEX - $300B USD) today to $602B USD (CAPEX - $1.7T USD) by 2030 (ROIC looks rough), might be a good time to provide a breakdown.

Hyperscale vs. Traditional: 
Articles frequently contrast hyperscale data centers (like those run by Google, Amazon, and Microsoft) with traditional enterprise data centers. The key difference is the scale and the reliance on horizontal scaling (adding more commodity servers) over vertical scaling (upgrading one big server), and the high degree of automation.  Cost is lower and predictable, with lower OPEX and more power efficient.

Automation is Essential: 
Hyperscale environments cannot be managed manually. They are extremely complex and applications must be designed from the ground up.  Although the software is complex, individual server failure can be managed much simpler than traditional models.

The Network Fabric: 
The Leaf-Spine architecture is a flat, two layer design to solve latency (short path between any two servers) and allowing for massive bandwidth needed for very large workloads like AI training.  The basically is the backbone that allows 1000s of servers in a hyperscale data center to function as one computing system.

Software-Defined Everything: 
The stack relies heavily on Software-Defined Storage (SDS) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN), allowing resources to be managed and provisioned programmatically rather than through manual hardware configuration.
