I planned and executed the production of power supplies for commercial and military aircraft based on ISO9001 standards. I oversaw operations, developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure adherence to production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards aligned with the corporate mission. I managed department managers and supervisors, planning, monitoring, and reviewing job performance. I also prepared and managed annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variations. I served as the primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health, and safety agencies. 
•	Developed, implemented, enforced, and evaluated policies and procedures and complied with OSHA standards and other legal regulations. 
•	Maintained safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing industry standards and procedures compliant with governmental regulations. Prior military service as lieutenant in charge of tactical unit.
