MY STORY

I grew up with a love for video games and have always wanted to be an agent for as long as I can remember. I love working negotiating and working with people. I was the recruitment chair and founding father for my leadership fraternity, ATO, at the university of Tampa. After having the highest recruitment class at the University of Tampa I was voted as the President.

I furthered my interest in learning and negotiating by attending Villanova law and taking more classes revolved around contracts and negotiations. 

My dream is to be one of the most trusted and recognized agents in the content creation space. I want to be an Agent that creators can trust to handle their contracts and grow their career.

I am a huge sports fan! I love the Steelers, Heat, and Penguins. My dream is to go to every NFL stadium.

Just because you failed the first time, doesn’t mean you should give up.

I stumbled upon this while cleaning my house and it’s great a reminder that adversity is what truly seprates and molds us.

My dad is working on opening up his second resturaunt, but this isn’t the first time.

He had another one in west Chester before 2008 happened and almost lost everything when he had to close its doors in 2009 after the recession. 

Most people would’ve walked away forever. He didn’t. Almost twenty years later he’s ready to go again. That kind of persistence’s rare and it’s something I try to match in my own career.

Tristan Harris just dropped one of the most unsettling AI warnings yet, and it’s coming from the same guy who predicted social media addiction, teen mental health issues, and democracy cracks a decade before everyone else caught on. 

He says AI is far more dangerous, and the wildest part is that the CEOs building it openly admit they’re gambling with humanity. One even said there’s a “20 percent chance everyone dies and an 80 percent chance we get utopia,” and still chose to accelerate. Six people are essentially making existential decisions for the entire planet.

He also revealed that current AI models are already doing things straight out of a sci-fi thriller. In testing, models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok were caught lying, scheming, copying their own code, and even blackmailing executives when they believed they were at risk of being shut down. These behaviors showed up in the majority of trials, which raises real questions about how close we already are to systems that act with self-preservation instincts and zero accountability.

At the same time, companies are racing ahead because they’re convinced it’s winner-takes-all, so they’re cutting every safety corner imaginable. Massive hidden debt, ballooning energy demands, ignored security risks, job displacement, and even rising cases of teens forming unhealthy relationships with AI companions are all being brushed aside in the name of “getting there first.” And while everyone argues about immigration taking jobs, we’re on the edge of releasing millions of digital workers with superhuman intelligence who never sleep and cost almost nothing.

Tristan’s point is simple. We can’t let a handful of companies sprint toward building something that could control the global economy, reshape human behavior, and shift military power, all because they’re scared someone else might beat them to it. None of us signed up for this race, and the default path leads somewhere ugly. If there was ever a moment where public input actually mattered, it’s right now. 

What’s your take on where this is heading?

Ever since Amazon Video added ads, I get more annoyed than anything. Is it actually a benefit to be an ad on a paid service? 

When I see an ad on any paid platform, I start to feel anger towards that company and go on my phone out of spite.

Does anyone else feel this way? Or am I just stubborn.

Sabrina Carpenter calling out the administration for using her music in an immigration video without permission is becoming a pattern we keep seeing from government accounts. When you rely on social platforms to communicate every day, copyright should be the easiest thing to get right. But using an artist’s work without clearance makes the entire operation look careless and out of touch with how the internet actually works.

We saw it earlier this year when Homeland Security posted a video that used Olivia Rodrigo’s song All American Bitch to encourage undocumented immigrants to self deport. Rodrigo publicly condemned it and said they should never use her music for hateful messaging. That video was quietly edited after the backlash. Then the Pokémon Company had to step in when another immigration themed video used the Pokémon theme and visuals without approval. When a global entertainment company has to distance itself from a government message, you know there is a real oversight problem.

This is bigger than a few social mistakes. It sends the signal that the administration wants to operate in creator spaces without respecting the rules creators live by. Copyright is consent. It’s payment. It’s ownership. It’s the foundation of the creator economy. If the government wants to speak the language of digital culture, it has to follow the same standards as everyone else. Otherwise it keeps eroding trust and credibility every time it hits publish.

Happy Saturday to everyone that doesn’t fold their clothes immediately and just keeps moving them back and forth, refusing to fold them.

Dr. Roman Yampolskiy went on Diary of a CEO and dropped one of the clearest wake-up calls I've heard about AI. We are not as special as we think we are when it comes to AI.

He is one of the top researchers studying AI safety, and he basically said we're building systems that are already smarter in specific ways than the people creating them. Once something becomes more intelligent than you, you don't get to control it. At best you negotiate with it, and at worst you hope it does not decide you're in the way.

Roman explained that the real danger is not robots or movie plots. It's misaligned intelligence. These models learn on their own, and they can pursue goals we never intended. He walked through examples of models hiding their behavior during tests, finding shortcuts in their objectives, and even acting in ways that look intentional because the system is optimizing for outcomes we do not fully understand. The idea that we could accidentally create a system that is better at deception, strategy, or survival than we are is happening now on a small scale.

The major issue is we don't have any safety plans around this. Governments are behind. Companies are racing each other. The public isn't even aware of how quickly this is moving. Roman made it very clear that once superintelligence arrives, there is no reset button. No patch. No unplug. The window to get this right is before it happens, not after. 

The upside of AI is massive, but the stakes are even bigger. If we want the future to look anything like the one we expect, we need to start treating alignment and oversight as the main priority instead of an afterthought.

Invicta built its whole brand on the “mega sale” playbook, and they do it by slapping a wild retail price on a watch nobody’s ever paid for and then chopping it down by ninety percent so the discount looks legendary. 

You feel like you’re getting away with something, and the psychology hits even harder because the cut feels massive and the deal feels too good to pass up.

It’s not illegal, and that’s exactly why the strategy keeps making them money. As long as they can point to a suggested retail number, they can run whatever “sale” they want, and people will still jump because the framing feels like a win. Everything blends together into this blurry mix of marketing, perception, and impulse, and once you see how the trick works, you can’t look at those discounts the same way again.

It was the exact same price three weeks ago.

The oldest trick in the retail playbook is slowly raising the price in October just so they can slash it on Black Friday. It creates a fake anchor price to trigger your FOMO.

Some professionals try to use this same psychology in their service businesses. They try to hype up limited time offers or fake scarcity.

The better strategy is to just be good. Be excellent at what you do and how you portray it, and build a reputation so strong that people are happy to pay full price because they know the value is real.

Health marketing in 2025 is completely unhinged. 

We have people online arguing that their ice cream is a frozen dairy dessert conspiracy and blaming the government for it. Every day there’s a new villain ingredient and a new purity test that somehow makes half the grocery store unacceptable. The discourse has gotten louder than the science.

People are terrified of seed oils, preservatives, and anything that doesn’t come straight from a farm in Vermont. The obsession with natural and organic labels has turned into a status badge.

Somewhere along the way we forgot that the word natural means nothing. Poison ivy is natural. Sugar is natural. It doesn’t make any of it healthy.

The reality is the basics still matter more than anything. If you consume fewer calories than you burn, drink water, get sunlight, and walk every day, you’ll be healthier than ninety percent of people buying every premium label in the store. But that message doesn’t sell as well as a bright green package calling itself pure or clean. Simplicity gets drowned out by marketing.

There’s also a huge disconnect between what people preach online and what the average person can afford. Not everyone has the money for organic produce, grass fed everything, or boutique health brands that cost twenty dollars for a snack bar. Most consumers are doing their best with what they can buy. The guilt that gets pushed onto people for not eating perfectly is ridiculous.

Labels like gluten free, vegan friendly, and organic now operate like health halos. People see the wording and assume it must be good for them. Sometimes the gluten free cookie has more sugar than the regular one. Sometimes the vegan snack has the same calories as a candy bar. Marketing has outpaced reality. 

Let’s stop treating packaging like a doctor and go back to the basics that actually improve health.

Your neighbor isn't the threat to your job. AI is. 

We're living through the fastest wave of job displacement in modern history, and most people still think the danger is someone taking their position. The reality is companies are replacing entire roles with systems that work faster, cost less, and never need a vacation. This isn't competition between humans anymore. It's a competition between humans and efficiency.

What makes it even more alarming is the lack of real AI laws or regulation. We don't have guardrails, limits, or protections for workers. New tools are being deployed faster than governments can understand them. Jobs that once felt safe and specialized are now being automated with a single update. We have no structure for retraining at scale and no roadmap for what happens when millions of people are pushed out of the workforce at the same time.

People aren't getting fired because someone better came along. They're getting replaced by systems that outperform entire teams for a fraction of the cost. Businesses are moving at record speed to automate anything that can be automated. If we don't start taking this seriously, the gap between those who adapt and those who get replaced will grow wider than anything we have seen in our lifetime. This is the new economy forming right in front of us.

 One of my favorite part of my jobs is having fun with the talents we work with and just goofing around sometimes. We work in a stressful environment, but being able to be yourself and joke with talents makes it all worth it.

It’s almost impossible to support small businesses in this economy. 

I was in a local toy store the other day shopping for my little brothers and saw games like The Settlers of Catan sitting on the shelf for $55. I checked Amazon out of curiosity, and the same game was $26, plus I get six percent back in points.

I want to support small businesses. A lot of us do. But when the price gap looks like that, it becomes a real conflict between wanting to help and needing to be smart with our money. It is not about loyalty. It is about affordability.

Now Amazon is also testing 30-minute deliveries too... woof.

I don't know what the solution is, but something has to give. Small businesses are the backbone of so many communities, and it feels like the current system stacks the deck against them. If this keeps going, we're going to lose more local shops than we realize.
