Just came back from London. 
The second weekend of AJC school this year has been absolutely incredible. Several days of learning, growth, experiencing and co-creating mastery. 

The community in the school is phenomenal and contributed greatly to this being one of the best places for people in my line of work on the planet. The connections and network alone are worth the fee for me. Learning from each other, supporting each other, pushing each other. Together we are on a mission to raise the consciousness of the planet. 🌍 

Last year and cohort were insanely good. This year is even better. The commitment, growth, and level of service, level of kindness in this community - unparalleled. Carving out five days for this trip (for the third time this year alone) was totally worth it. 

And this time I shared the book with people who speak German that came out just several days ago: „Das Buch der Mental Toughness Mantras“ by Chris Dorris. Most leaders understate who they are.

At the AJC School, we were asked to write a self-bio.

But not the polished LinkedIn version.
Not the corporate summary.
Not the “acceptable” professional identity.

The instruction was:
“Take a stand for who you are.
Blow your own trumpet.
Be bold. Don’t hold back.”

For high achievers, this is far more intimate than talking about money, power, or success.
Because it requires something rare:
self-honesty.
Real self-honesty.
The kind leaders rarely show, especially to themselves.

I wrote mine.
Without hiding.
Without diluting.
And I’m sharing it with you,
exactly as it was printed and read in a room of world-class coaches.

Then I gave the same exercise to several of my clients.

Every single one of them hesitated.
Every single one confronted something real.
Every single one grew.

Here is what I’ve learned from working with leaders at the highest level:
