to fix your buyer picture.

1. Start from revenue

Pick one clear target for 90 days.
Example: 30 000 in revenue.

2. Lock one core offer

Choose one main offer for this goal.
Example: 2 000 per client.

Do the math.
30 000 ÷ 2 000 = 15 clients.

Now you know the target.
15 right clients in 90 days.

3. Describe those 15 buyers

Forget "everyone".
Write about dream buyers only.

Write this out:

Job title.
Sector.
Company size.
Main problem.
Result they want next.

4. Turn story into Sales Navigator filters

Translate the picture into search.

- Title.
- Industry.
- Headcount.
- Location.
- Keywords in bio.

Now your ICP is not a vibe.
You hold a real list.

5. Let numbers guide focus

Track three numbers each week.

- Right profile views.
- Calls with right roles.
- Offers sent to right buyers.

If those rise, your picture sharpens.

Your Content Is Not the Real Problem - The Hidden Issue

I used to judge my day
by how many impressions I got.

Wake up:

Check notifications.
Tiny highs, small lows.

Good day:

Lots of likes.

Bad day:

Quiet post.

That rhythm felt busy
and weirdly empty.

One Sunday night I asked myself:

"If LinkedIn was my only channel
what would I track first?"

The answer came fast:

So I changed one thing:

I erased "Impressions today"
from my whiteboard.

I wrote three new lines

1. New conversations started
2. Calls booked
3. Offers sent

Next week looked different:

I still posted,
But every post had a job.

Start a talk.

I spent less time
refreshing analytics.

After a month:

If no, the idea went

The goal did not come

Random thoughts from walks.

Every day I opened my phone.
Scrolled the idea list.
Picked one that felt fun.

Post live.
Tiny dopamine hit.
No change in Stripe.

One morning I asked myself:

“If this idea turns into a call
what offer would we talk about?”

Silence.

Most ideas had no link
to my real work.

That was me for a long time.

I wrote about my morning runs
my kids, my thoughts about life.

People liked those posts.
Some even sent sweet comments.

But my calendar stayed empty.

One Friday I opened my analytics

You do not need to share your whole life here.
Just the parts that help your client move forward.

Today when I write I ask one question:

Does this story help my ideal client
take a step toward their goal?

If the answer is no,
I save it for close friends.

If the answer is yes,
I post it here.
