My responsibilities include: 
- Needs analysis of clients business requirements and offering solutions, whether standard or custom.
- Scoping business requirements
- Assisting and training clients to use Simpro, and help them to better understand functionality, so that they can make a more informed decision about the right customised solution for them.
- Attention to detail
- Facilitating product training for development, product, QA.
- Facilitating training to up-skill team members
- Assisting with creating training material.
- Project management for large corporate clients
- Assisting sales team with new leads and analysing potential risks and churns
- Documenting and implementation of Custom Solutions requirements for simPRO.

Business Analyst

My responsibilities included: 
- Product Subject Matter Expert (core system, rapid release & add-ons)

- Delivered internal training and staff onboarding

- Facilitated and coordinated induction programs

- Designed eLearning using Articulate 360

- Implemented and administered the Learning Management System (LMS)

- Collaborated with cross-functional teams for fortnightly product releases

- Maintained strong task and time management with high attention to detail

Learning and Development Coordinator

My responsibilities included:
- Training new and existing clients on how to utilise our software for their business and how to utilise features best to meet their needs.
- Business consultation: Business workflows, reviewing current processes, initiating a conversation about 'change management' before training commences.
- Implementing processes and training structures to put in place for the newly created role.
- Onboarding new team members, assessing their progress during first 6-12 months of their role.
- Collaborated with Business Development Managers to to assess potential clients' needs and determine if our software aligns with their business requirements, ensuring a strong fit in the long run.
- Travelling interstate and locally to provide training for clients on-site at their office.
- Training clients online, including large groups of 200+ for associations, and corporate clients.
- Assisting the General Manager and my own Manager with tasks, including but not limited to setting up and running demos and presenting our products to prospects.
- Implementing software into businesses
- Assisting training team members with queries, product training and problem-solving.
- Assisting the support and sales team with queries and product training.

Inside Trainer

My responsibilities included:
- Managing corporate clients.
- Assisting management with improving processes.
- On site experience for 12 week, 2-day p/week work with an air-conditioning client, where I worked with the team to learn about their workflows. I had the opportunity to solely manage the busy office for a number of weeks whilst the admin team were on leave and to provide feedback on how they could improve, which was requested by the director.

- Assisting clients with their queries via our online chat system.
- Answering clients queries via our ticket system.

- Organising travel itineraries for sales and training teams, as well as senior management.

For me, it’s led to a rewarding journey across five evolving roles at the Simpro Group, spanning business analysis, training, onboarding, software implementation, eLearning, and client support.

Along the way, I’ve developed a versatile toolkit—blending technical insight with people-first thinking. I’ve worked closely with clients, internal teams, and new employees to bridge gaps, simplify complex processes, and deliver meaningful outcomes. One highlight was helping define a brand-new role from scratch, establishing responsibilities and delivering value from day one.

Today, I’m focused on two goals: supporting others in their professional growth and deepening my own capabilities in IT and business systems to drive impactful change.

I believe success is a team effort—built on trust, curiosity, and a commitment to shared growth. Whether I’m facilitating onboarding, leading ERG initiatives, or delivering training to national audiences, I strive to create inclusive, empowering environments where ideas thrive.

Outside of work, I’m usually embracing new challenges—whether that’s refining my snowboarding technique, diving into weekend acting projects, or running 10km for fun. I approach every opportunity with energy, purpose, and a genuine love of learning.
