● College Partnerships: Partnered with top institutions, including Christ University, IIT Kharagpur, NIT Warangal, and TISS, successfully onboarding 5 colleges by the end of Q4 for fresh talent acquisition in 2025.

Talent Acquisition and Branding Specialist

-Responsible for performing the onboarding processes for all the positions (tech and non-tech)and setting up the background check.
-Providing a solid foundation with the knowledge employees need on the process, HR policies, and essential career tools.
-Adding them to the HR Portal, Health Insurance, and guiding them towards a seamless onboarding process.
