I’m a change-management and customer-growth leader with 20+ years across SaaS, Tech and FinTech, spanning blue-chip environments (LinkedIn, PayPal, Shell) and high-growth startups/scale-ups. My sweet spot is leading people-centred change that protects revenue, deepens trust, and scales what works.

What I do:

• Design and lead change programmes around AI rollouts, migrations, pricing, and GTM shifts—so adoption, retention and revenue rise together.
• Post-Sales growth: Customer Success/CX & Account Management strategies, expansion playbooks, Voice of Customer, advocacy.
• Human Experience, Operations & Enablement: operating cadence, process and metrics that drive consistent delivery (e.g., +80 NPS, 120% NRR; 25% churn reduction).
• Executive & Leadership Coaching: IC → Manager, Manager → Leader, and senior leaders who want to lead with clarity, empathy and performance.

My path:

I began in HR/Talent and successfully transitioned into CX, building and scaling global teams across EMEA & APAC. As Founder of Human Culture Lab, I advise founders and executive teams on growth beyond the numbers, and I partner with VCs/PEs on people due diligence. I created the S.C.A.L.E. methodology to align people, purpose and process for predictable growth.
