Created region's first integrated product portfolio, with a specialization in Travel Agencies' distribution technologies, Hotels' Distribution technology, and Airlines' distribution strategies. P&L responsibility doubled market share and EBITDA in five years to the north of $100m.

Advanced MENA region market share from 26% to 47.8%, in two years. 
Acted as the Executive Board Member in various Amadeus commercial organizations. Directed all commercial strategies with full P&L responsibilities +$400M,  with cross-functional collaboration to deliver key product enhancements, market share growth, improved customer success, and retention.

Regional Markets Director - Middle East & North Africa

Directed market share growth, customer acquisition, and migration plans across the MENA region. 
Grew bookings by 34% from 19mm to 25.5mm bookings, and contributed to increased revenues by €130mm (+22%). Led the creation and establishment of 13 Joint Venture commercial organizations with 13 national airlines across MEA.

Head of Arab Air Carriers Organization(AACO) Program- Middle East

Directed Amadeus’ commercial organization for the country by identifying and executing end-to-end company strategies, and commercial activities (Marketing, Sales, Products and Solutions Strategy, and customer support). Increased top-line revenues by 240% over a three-year period, grew market share from 26% to 58% to become the undisputed market leader while doubling EBITDA.

Led the company's e-commerce strategy, business restructuring, and digital transformation for travel.
