I am married and a mother of three and I understand how challenging it is to juggle time and commitment between family and career. I believe that ‘People make the difference’ and have mentored and motivate people under my charge; be it on a professional or personal matter. From then on, integrating people has always been my agenda.

In the past 5 years, I have been consistently sharing my passion for this technology and building my team of Thermomix Advisors to create awareness of the benefits and convenience that Thermomix provides. I have also guided many Thermomix owners to set up small businesses selling products with their Thermomix. These products include Chicken Stock powder, Cakes, Biscuits, Breads, Cinnamon rolls and daily dishes. 

Personally, I love that I can empower many new owners from not being able to cook to cook like a Chef, ease many homeowners who must multitask in taking care of their children, monitor home schooling and providing healthy home cooked meals. During this pandemic, new norm of working from home, many professionals; especially lecturers and teachers have turn to Thermomix to help solve their lifestyle.
I hold a Degree in Business Studies (Insurance) from Universiti Teknologi Mara. I am also a graduate of the Live By Design (LBD) Program by Billy Kueek International certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy (TLT), Hypnotherapy and NLP Coaching. I also hold a Billy Kueek Certified Train the Trainer and is also a HRDF Certified Trainer. I am also a VLC (virtual Learn Caster) member since February 2021.

Prior to my engagement with Thermomix, I was part of the management team who helped form KIC Oil & Gas Group in January 2004. The Group was principally involved in the activities of oil terminalling within Malaysia and the South East Asia region. I headed the Human Resource and Administration department of the Group, and saw to the development of the human asset from our humble beginning of 25 personnel to over 300 staff strength in 2008. 

Prior to my career in KIC, I had 10 years in various other disciplines including insurance broking. I was also involved in a German technology solution for crude oil tank cleaning. These experiences had given me the opportunity to present and introduce the company’s solutions to oil majors in the middle-east.

It was a pleasure meeting you again. 

After putting on my apron, I prepared my hp camera to record me doing the process….. but I guess when all of us were focusing on listening to instruction, that didn’t happen and by the time I realised it, the process was over😅

And so we tried to do whatever we can to have some recording…and doing things which are not part of the instruction at all😊

By the way, thanks table team mates for an enjoyable time. All your arts were unique and beautiful! And all of us were creative!

Jangan menyerah….

A reminder for me….

Alhamdulillah for those who have been with me, would have noticed that I had lost some weight in this video. 

I had started my Fat Fasting journey since 14 October 25 and and lost 8 kg within 1.5 months. 

The purpose of doing this is to reverse my diabetes. My HbA1c reading was 9.21%. 

I have since done 4 cycles of the FF72 protocol, but always exceeding the 72 hours. My longest was 113 hours. The aim is to achieve a GKI (Glucose Ketone Index) of below 1. Because I was a diabetic, my body took a longer time to achieve this. 

I was finally able to achieve this on my 4th cycle at the 70th hour. It was 0.94.

Many have asked me what is this FF72? Fat Fasting 72 is a metabolic reset protocol by Dr Razin Jaafar.

I was introduced to it when I attended his seminar in conjunction with the launch of his book on 12 October, the day before I began this journey.

Pray for my continued strength to continue this journey. Journey to no longer be dependent on medication. Journey to eat right not less with food as precision medicine.

I harvested Lemon Jambak and Sweet potatoes last Thursday 4th December and brought my harvest to the Thermomix Experience Store the next day. 

Yes we have days where we (Thermomix Advisors) have duty at the store in Bangsar. It is opposite Bangsar Shopping Centre. (Siapa nak experience TM7, please book a date with me ok)

What did I do with my harvest?

The lemons became Brazilian Lime Juice which I demo in front of 7 ladies who dropped by the store during their lunch break. 

The sweet potatoes became onde onde, a dessert I made to showcase the functions of the TM7; peeling the sweet potatoes skin, the steaming, the mixing and dough mode and the open cooking function which I use to boil and let the balls float..

Alhamdulillah, creating content is something I tell myself to do. What comes out for 1 - 2 minutes on the screen, takes some struggles. 

I go round the island counter to record, then I go round the island again to switch off… that’s only part of it…some recording tak jadi as I plan… ha ha..

Then during editing… kena decide nak tunjuk the “tak jadi part”??? Boleh je solve… add more time, cut the ingredients smaller…. I have decided most of the time to allow the imperfection.

I am human after all. Imperfection happens daily but there’s always ways to improve, to solve…

Lately, I have learn to destress myself. Not to be so serious. And from one afternoon at the store, I will be able to make a few videos. Short descriptive knowlege information and tips which my customers will benefit from. 

For me my contents are not just sharing knowlege, but showing up on social media…

Slowly but surely, I will make them entertaining too.

Brazilian Lime Juice

That’s what I made with the Lime I harvested from Atuk’s Farm.

There’s a Cookidoo Recipe called Brazilian Limeade but it’s slightly bitter for the Malaysian taste buds.

Here’s a similar recipe that my friend Suriya developed. 

Brazilian Lime Juice
5 lime (seedless) cut into 1/2
800g water
800g ice
250g condensed milk

Preparations:
Add lime and water, turbo 2 seconds and strain the juice to separate the skin.

Add back the juice into the tmbowl, add ice and condensed milk, mix for 5 sec/sp5.

Done! Serve right away!
