With over 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and media, I transitioned into the digital space - UX, growth, and product marketing - where I combine empathy, user behavior, and strategic thinking.

I played a key role in transforming the AiLiber platform (formerly Rezervio) from a free tool into a sustainable business model, reaching break-even through effective campaigns and product optimizations.

In parallel, I’m developing Mangi - a personal project born out of my passion for healthy eating and smart tech. Mangi is a meal-planning app in development that blends nutrition, intuitive UX, and system thinking to simplify daily food decisions.

Natalia Dărăbăneanu approached me yesterday to talk about an article on my B2B marketer career but the conversation quickly turned into a (mini) podcast idea.

Why? Because my impostor syndrome kicked in. I told Natalia I can’t really talk about B2B marketing anymore since I haven’t been active in the field for over two years. I’m doing something completely different now.

Her response?
“I knew you’d say that. I still think your perspective is valuable. Let’s do this anyway,  we’ll make it a video interview that fits who you are today.”

Well… I couldn’t say no to that, could I?

It turned into a great conversation, even if it felt slightly strange to be the one answering the questions for a change.

În prima vineri din lună (cu mici excepții), Digital Innovation Zone îi invită pe 𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢 𝐬̦𝐢 𝐩𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭̦𝐢𝐢 𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞 la o cafea, în hub-ul nostru. ☕

👉 Pentru că ne plac conversațiile autentice și inițiativele care mișcă ecosistemul înainte, am creat o întâlnire recurentă, într-un cadru informal și prietenos. Fiecare ediție poartă amprenta DIZ și aduce împreună oameni relevanți din zona de inovare și tech, dar și din domenii conexe.

De fiecare dată pornim de la un subiect actual, discutat alături de specialiști din comunitate, un punct de plecare pentru dialog, perspective diferite și învățare din experiențe reale. În același timp, evenimentul este o bună ocazie de (re)conectare cu echipa DIZ și cu oamenii din ecosistemul local.
