Hi, I'm Adil, the founder of Sparrow Daughter and the managing director of Tack Exim Private Limited. I have over 12 years of experience in the leather industry, producing and exporting high-quality leather products, such as saddles, pet accessories, and birdhouses. I am also a certified association executive (CAE) and a member of various international commerce and trade organizations. My passion is to save the house sparrows, which are endangered by the environmental degradation caused by human activities. I started Sparrow Daughter in 2018 as a youth campaign to raise awareness and action for bird conservation. I design and manufacture unique leather birdhouses, using natural and recycled materials, that provide safe and comfortable shelters for the sparrows. I also empower women by providing them with training and employment opportunities in the leather sector. My vision is to create a world where humans and birds can coexist in harmony and respect.
