Fun fact – I almost didn’t get hired at House of Creators.

2 years ago, I applied to be an executive assistant for Peeyush Sharma. 
After 2 interviews, he told me that I was great, but not for this role.

He said "I think you will do better working with the content team, if you are open to it"

Then he set up a call for me to meet Jatin Saini.
He also thought the same as Peeyush, so I said, “Let’s do it.”

I wasn’t even active on LinkedIn, let alone managing someone else’s account. 
I was nervous, constantly thinking: 
What if I couldn’t learn quickly enough? 
What if I wasn’t good enough? 
What if I didn’t have the “potential” they saw in me?

I constantly pushed those thoughts back and went through different forms of training with Jatin.
Just 1 year in, and I had already written a post that gathered half a million impressions, along with many other viral posts.

Now, 2 years in, I’ve lost count of how many viral posts and awards I’ve received.

Today, I’m officially a Personal Brand Manager!

This journey has been full of growth and excitement, and I am so grateful that Peeyush and Jatin went with potential, not just the job description haha. 

I’m glad they saw something in me that I couldn’t see in myself at that time.

A special shoutout to my amazing manager! Nikita Tandon, you are the best.
