Administered LERG Routing Guide DB: monthly updates and queries to support other departments (Provisioning, IT).

Manager of National Network Operation Center (NOC): led a team of up to 18 engineers responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of national network (transmission, data and switching).  Supervised network maintenance’s contracts with equipment makers, installers and other suppliers.  Managed integrations and updates of new equipment and nodes.  Coordinated interconnections and operation-maintenance procedures with national and international carriers.

Technical manager for enterprise resource planning software development company.  Developed estimates and supervised installations.  Trained clients on the use of network operating systems (Novell Netware 4.0).

Led a team of four technicians in the supervision and maintenance of the national transmission network based on radio and coaxial cable and utilizing analogical and digital technologies.  Provided technical support to key accounts.

   Today, involved with Abacustel Communications Inc. project, as president, helping to small and medium business in Florida, USA to develop and mantain telecom infraestructures (smart-wireless, security, cloud solutions, networking, telephone systems, carrier services) to support their business.
