* Ensuring consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications, creating a cohesive brand image that appeals to clients and influencers alike.

I don’t have a dramatic background.

My “origin story” is a middle-class lifestyle, military service, and passing time with friends smoking and watching movies.

Comfort was my world. But that “comfort” was eating me inside.

My breaking point came one day when I was sitting in my office on base, watching my 10th movie of the day, planning to smoke joints until midnight.

I realized it was meaningless—I was wasting time I could use on something real. With nothing better to do, I asked myself, “Why not try something different?”

After working odd jobs, I landed a gig at a social media startup. My role was to convince college students to join the platform and start posting.

I ended up being a top performer.

After a few months, I got a call from a friend I hadn't spoken to in years. He was watching my work on Instagram, and a CEO he knew wanted the list I built for the startup.

Instead, I pitched the CEO for a job.

We worked together for about a year. During this time, I hired an army friend to help me manage my work.

One day, at the club, he told a friend about his work for me. Skazi, Israel's biggest DJ, overheard the conversation and asked for his number because he wanted to hire me.

Suddenly, I was in huge demand.

It dawned on me that I stumbled across what Peter Thiel calls "a secret"— something only I realized was missing in the world.

Short-form apps needed creators to post daily, and creators needed someone to ensure they weren’t taken advantage of.

That’s when I started Clicks Talent.

TikTok was first in the news at the time since "Old Town Road" went viral and landed the artist a deal.

I pounced on it, messaging hundreds of artists to see if they would let me promote their music on TikTok.

One label told me to do a free trial to see how it would go, and if successful, they would pay me.

It went great, but they never paid me.

So, I used the case study to lock in actual paying deals and pivoted to become the first-ever TikTok influencer marketing agency.

We worked through some unpredictable times.

But since almost going bankrupt in 2022, we’ve grown to…

⚠️ I’ve never written a post like this before — but the influencer industry deserves to know what happened with Astrotalk. ⚠️

After months of collaboration, countless hours of work, and campaigns delivered exactly as agreed, Astrotalk still owes us more than $80,000. 

They approved scripts, greenlit content, benefited from influencer posts — and then refused to pay. 

Throughout the partnership, they proved to be an extremely difficult client. 

We allowed far more revisions than the contract required and accommodated repeated last-minute changes. 

On multiple occasions we were pressured to alter standard disclosure practices — including suggestions that conflicted with FTC and ASA advertising guidelines — which we declined to do.

They also attempted to control nearly every aspect of the creative process, which caused numerous influencers to withdraw from campaigns. 

In several instances, creators reported receiving negative feedback from their audiences after users complained about their experience with the product. 

This not only damaged the influencers’ reputations but also harmed ours as an agency.

Despite all of this, we still tried to resolve matters professionally. 

I even released Astrotalk from a number of contractual obligations — work they were legally bound to pay for — to demonstrate goodwill.

In the end, I asked for only $18,000 to settle everything.

They still refused.

We’ve involved one of the largest global collections firms and are preparing legal action in India for breach of contract and the reputational harm caused by their actions. 

I want to apologize to any agency, creator, or partner who was introduced to Astrotalk through us. 

We were misled, and I believe the influencer community deserves transparency.
