I helped Antavo's client base with a team of account managers and tech project managers, navigating first the uncertainty of the pandemic and then the skyrocketing demand we had from clients. We launched Antavo as a SaaS in martech, targeting small businesses with a great solution for running contests and sweepstakes. Since the very beginning, I had the responsibility of promoting our solutions, establishing and developing a comprehensive marketing system for lead generation, engagement, and customer development. At peak Antavo was used by 30.000 marketers globally.

I am Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Antavo. It's loyalty cloud, that helps global brands like KFC, BMW, and Kathmandu to run next-gen loyalty programs.

I am a former journalist who won the European Young Journalist Award from the European Commission, and a recognized female founder in tech by Forbes. 

We are an amazing team of 100 people working remotely all over the world. I love working from home, with my husband who is my co-founder, and also I quite enjoy business travel these days. I am a mother of 3 daughters. And I restarted ballet as an adult! It's great fun.

Being appointed Marketing Director in 2006, I have been responsible for all marketing activities of Bata Shoe Company in Central Europe.

Served as Loyalty and Special Project Manager for 7 years in Bata company. Developed one of the best evaluated loyalty programes in Czechia. Creator of the longterm succesfull coalition programme RENOME.

Radek dedicated last 20 years of his professional life to loyalty programs. He became one of the most skilled practitioners within the loyalty industry in Central Europe. His experience has been successfully exploited by companies looking to create programmes from scratch or who simply wish to use an experienced eye to evaluate an existing scheme.

Received a distinction Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) from Board of Regents of the Loyalty Academy. This commediation was viewed as warranted by the Board in light of some or all of the following personal accomplishments: "Your lifetime commitment, passion and achievements with regards to the loyalty marketing industry".

Radek has all the knowledge and capabilities to address all the core subjects that surround a successful loyalty scheme such as customer segmentation, multichannel communications, reward strategy, coalition loyalty and loyalty performance management.

He started his independent consultancy career in 2010 serving dozens of clients in the area of loyalty marketing. Nowadays he works as a managing partner of Pricewise, company specialised on customer programmes, direct marketing and pricing solutions. Pricewise clients operate in retail, hospitality and financial services in Central European countries. 

Started his loyalty career with the Bata Shoe Company. He was responsible for running and developing Bata’s loyalty programmes in Central Europe for 12 years. Radek is creator of long term successful loyalty program Bata club (launched 1999) and coalition loyalty program RENOME. 

Radek is a featured presenter at conferences held by IIR, Marcus Ewans, Top Vision, Smith&Novak, Terrapinn, IdeaFirst. Contributed to several industry magazines and newspapers. Also leads  CRM course on his Alma Mater The Thomas Bata University in Zlin.
