We launched Antavo as a SaaS in martech, targeting small businesses with a great solution for running contests and sweepstakes. Since the very beginning, I had the responsibility of promoting our solutions, establishing and developing a comprehensive marketing system for lead generation, engagement, and customer development. At peak Antavo was used by 30.000 marketers globally.

I am Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Antavo. It's loyalty cloud, that helps global brands like KFC, BMW, and Kathmandu to run next-gen loyalty programs.

I am a former journalist who won the European Young Journalist Award from the European Commission, and a recognized female founder in tech by Forbes. 

We are an amazing team of 100 people working remotely all over the world. I love working from home, with my husband who is my co-founder, and also I quite enjoy business travel these days. I am a mother of 3 daughters. And I restarted ballet as an adult! It's great fun.

Led market research & product strategy, playing a key role across product and growth teams on enterprise blockchain strategy. Facilitating alignment and value-exchange between customer and product team.

• Led the aviation project since inception. Proposed a blockchain-based container tracking platform to CXOs. Played a key role in clients deals and led presentations at Heathrow Airport Limited, Uzbekistan Airways, Airport Perishables Handling, Vodafone, CMA CGM, Unilode, Swissport & DNATA.

• On-site client visits, identifying areas of immediate commercial impact. Designed product requirements and UML diagrams to align product teams, resulting in a prototype tracking application. Prototype piloted at Heathrow Airport, resulting in a 7% gain in productivity, 80% gain in data availability and a 90% reduction in error incidences.

• Collaborated closely with CXOs, informing business & corporate strategy on client engagements such as a Jaguar Land Rover RFP & the National Gallery. Key roles in investment rounds, the Wolf of Wall Street NFT strategy and a successful £1m Polkadot Parachain auction. Personally responsible for client deals such as Airport Perishables Handling, Uzbekistan Airways & Mimosa House.

• Led educational initiatives, in the form of presentations and case studies, within the internal team, MetTel and the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance. Lead to a MetTel partnership.

• Managing a personal portfolio of crypto investments since 2017, my most successful investment yielded a 2000% return.

• Liaising with engineers in L1 protocols, such as ICON & Radix DLT, and breaking down their tokenomics to their communities.

• Conducting due diligence on white papers, academic literature, articles & on-chain analytics (Glassnode, Santiment).

• Presented an educational blockchain webinar to 20 accredited investors on potential investment ideas.

Smart Respiratory Products Ltd.

Led the D2C go-to-market strategy in a growth-stage medical tech startup in the telemedicine and AI industry.

•	Cut customer acquisition costs by 85% by leveraging insights generated from data analysis, using tools such as Excel, Hotjar, Google analytics, A/B testing, statistical analysis and interview/survey user research.

•	Planned and executed the entire user acquisition journey through A/B testing, user research and communication skills. Achieving a 133% return on ad spend over a historical average.

•	Managed the P&L for a marketing budget of over £200k+ annually, reporting and sharing insights with the team using Google Data Studio.

•	Worked cross-functionally and remotely with founders, engineering, product, design and operations through workflow management tools such as Asana. Managed a team of 3 design and social media associates.

Product Marketing Manager

Building an economic model of London's commercial real estate market, providing insight on cost-effective locations for Amazon's new pharmacy initiative. Achieving a IBM Data Science Professional Certification. Using Python & data science methodologies.

•	Extracted, transformed and loaded over 1000s of data points, sourced from free data bases and the Foursquare location data API. Used Python, Jupyter Notebook, Pandas.

•	Identified that Amazon only requires 4 pharmacies to serve Greater London, pointing out specific locations, using insights generated from a K-means clustering algorithm.

•	Published the economic model online in the form of a written report and interactive heat map using folium, geopy and GeoJSON data.

Self-taught, built and managed two e-commerce businesses, achieving over 6 figures in annual revenue. Managed PAs, worked with consumers & businesses, ordered products and managed digital marketing.

•	Worked with 30 international brands as an official retailer in the UK and US. 

•	Conducted market and competitor research through a combination of hard graft and analytics tools such as Google analytics and Excel.
