We launched Antavo as a SaaS in martech, targeting small businesses with a great solution for running contests and sweepstakes. Since the very beginning, I had the responsibility of promoting our solutions, establishing and developing a comprehensive marketing system for lead generation, engagement, and customer development. At peak Antavo was used by 30.000 marketers globally.

I am Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Antavo. It's loyalty cloud, that helps global brands like KFC, BMW, and Kathmandu to run next-gen loyalty programs.

I am a former journalist who won the European Young Journalist Award from the European Commission, and a recognized female founder in tech by Forbes. 

We are an amazing team of 100 people working remotely all over the world. I love working from home, with my husband who is my co-founder, and also I quite enjoy business travel these days. I am a mother of 3 daughters. And I restarted ballet as an adult! It's great fun.

Responsible for a comprehensive customer program encompassing five sites, overseeing warehouse management (5 site managers and 75 warehouse attendants, CSR’s, and buyers), purchasing, and customer support services with a focus on contract compliance, operational efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives.

Transformed and scaled multiple Business Operations departments for a Private Equity portfolio company and leading porta potty rental provider in the United States with over 100 locations, servicing over 115,000 customers coast to coast.

•	Raised revenue by 15% and improved EBITDA by 42% in under one year by leading cross-functional teams to reduce costs and improve the effectiveness of operational activities in cost-heavy and underperforming teams.

•	Partnered with senior leadership/stakeholders in opening a Shared Services center in Meridian, Idaho for 200 employees reducing overhead costs by 10% and centralizing operations to one location from eleven locations nationally.

•	Reduced processing time from 8 weeks to 24 hours for Account Disputes/Credits by implementing optimized approval and root cause analysis processes, and cross-training across multiple enterprise platforms including Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Zuora, and AMSC-Tower.

•	Drove transition of the Field Operations Support team (Sanitation/Fence), reducing operational costs, headcount, and streamlining weekly error reporting from $5M to under $1.5M. Implemented dashboards providing region, location, and employee-specific posting statistics, enhancing decision-making and performance tracking.

•	Spearheaded a comprehensive data cleanup initiative for over 6,000 open Subcontracted Rental Orders, resulting in a 60% reduction in open Purchase Orders in Concur. Partnered on Tableau reporting for accurate P&L statistics and worked with Accounts Payable to significantly reduce Vendor Invoice payment time, ensuring timely billing to Customers.

•	Revamped Payroll team, establishing efficient processes for processing 19 pay groups for 3,500 employees using ADP Vantage. Implemented Wisely Pay Cards to reduce delivery time and costs for live checks and restore compliance with Certified Payroll/Prevailing Wage regulations.

•	Fostered the development of 3 direct managers and 80 individual contributors.

Director of Shared Services / Business Operations

Responsible for developing and retaining talent for a multidisciplinary team, and implementing new technology and strategic initiatives using ITIL processes resulting in streamlined workflows and increased productivity.
	
•	Improved employee retention by 75% by restructuring the IT Help Desk Department, implementing a three-tiered structure for analysts that fostered growth and development opportunities.

•	Influenced equipment selection and procurement introduced into the company, including the latest mobile devices and laptops, while negotiating and maintaining vendor relationships with our key IT vendors, such as Dell, Verizon, and Ricoh.

•	Managed the setup of new users, technology requirements, and location build-outs for more than 50 M&As and 100 locations, as well as upgrading and training for conference rooms with Zoom and ClickShare capabilities across our headquarters.
	
•	Lead the outsourcing efforts of mobile device support and laptop builds to external vendors reducing staff overhead.

•	Rolled out and maintained “Office in a Box” technology to allow employees to work remotely seamlessly while reducing overhead costs.

•	Assisted in relocating corporate headquarters twice due to company growth.

Selected to join a rapidly expanding IT team, dedicated to providing comprehensive technical support and managing the software lifecycle of a Microsoft Dynamics platform.

•	Launched monthly ERP “How To” and “Tech Tip” solutions for our user base resulting in a substantial reduction in tickets submitted and boosting employee usage.

•	Researched, triaged, and resolved an average of 175 application support tickets per week.

•	Evaluated and translated functional specifications into technical designs, and conducted quality assurance testing with the IT Development team.

Business Analyst

RMI Corporation

Supervised a Microsoft Dynamics business management software team for a solution center, overseeing renting and sales of trailers, containers, medical equipment, and industrial equipment through on-premises and SaaS delivery.

•	Executed the selection, implementation, and training of a new ticketing system leading to the capture of service requests, establishing a knowledge base, and monitoring/optimizing agent performance while providing management with performance metrics.

•	Facilitated onboarding of Support associates, introduced impactful development sessions, and allied with the Implementation team resulting in the successful onboarding of new Customers.

Performed application and technical support to assist users in performing daily functions on RMI’s ERP/Accounting platforms - Microsoft Dynamics-Navision and Real World.

•	Efficiently recorded and managed all client service requests, serving as a proficient liaison between system developers and the user community.
