Conducted site investigations and inspections, wrote and reviewed SPCC, SWPPP, and Waste Contingency plans, as well as others. 

Conducted over thirty Environmental Compliance Audits with air, storm water, hazardous waste, COVID, and Ozone Depleting Substances protocols with deliverables. Protocols included federal, state, and client specific.

Updated Process Safety Management (PSM) programs including training and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) for several facilities.

Supported a Business Continuity Analysis culminating in a Business Continuity Plan and Business Impact Analysis as well as an IT Disaster Response Plan (ITDR). Primary duties included client facing data investigation, gap analysis, critical business functions, business continuity planning, and Business Continuity Plan deliverables.

Two year plus seconded role with a DOW Industrial 30 multi-national aerospace manufacturing client providing Operational Security and EH&S information and administrative support associated with integration of over 100 facilities, approximately twenty international locations, including regulatory compliance review as well as MOC (Management of Change) documentation to update policies and procedures.

Due diligence / Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESA) for an airport, several corridor projects, major grocery chain, federal government, city wide projects, and others.

Provided construction oversight and remediation support for groundwater monitoring, indoor air monitoring, soil gas, and ambient air monitoring related to the Drycleaning Solvent Cleanup Act (DSCA).

I am an experienced ten-year plus Environmental Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the environmental and regulatory compliance industry. I provide technical expertise and services for air, water and RCRA related permits and plans, Air Construction and Operating Permits, Title V Permits, Potential to Emit (PTE) and Actual Emission calculations, NPDES Discharge Permits, Construction, and Industrial Stormwater Plans, SPCC and FRP Plans in addition to TRI and Tier II reporting.

Due diligence Phase I ESAs, remediation, project management, business continuity and environmental audits are all in my toolbox, which is extremely varied after ten plus years in consulting. I have metric and English socket wrenches in there, and two 9/16s because I find you can never have too many. Have crow bar, will travel!
