I started my career in the home mortgage and financial services sector, but I quickly found my true calling in recruiting and client management with the world’s largest staffing agency. After gaining years of industry expertise, I took the leap and launched Kastel Staffing Group in 2021, focusing on talent solutions for the technology sector.

Originally from Michigan, I learned early on that the best opportunities aren’t just found, they’re built. That entrepreneurial mindset, shaped by years of hard work and determination, continues to drive me today.
