Free calls attract tire kickers…
Paid calls attract intent.

£150 for half an hour is about psychological commitment. 
When someone pays, the whole feel of the conversation changes and you get significantly less vague ambitions or ‘just picking your brain questions. 

Founders who pay for these sessions then tend to show up with more honesty, readiness, real practical questions, and they follow-through.

The work I do does not reward dabblers.

I’m currently deep in client projects, including one that involves flying to Berlin to shoot a secret documentary for Thinkbait. More on that in due course… But I’m seriously struggling to contain my excitement!

None of this arrived overnight, and definitely none of it came from marketing dude bro hacks.

I’m working on something I believe is genuinely needed for single and solo mums – rooted in safety, trust, and the reality of carrying the load largely alone.

Nothing is being sold, and there’s no launch announcement waiting in the wings right now... I would just like to find out some answers by listening properly while I build this new thing.

I think this feedback I received from a lead before Christmas sums up the MSP industry in the UK.  There are plenty of IT providers out there helpful on the phone when an issue occurs.  Hardly any of them are doing it securely....
