January sucked.

I lost two deals that felt like a sure thing. 
I missed out on a promo opportunity I was counting on. 

For a day or two, I felt like everything was falling apart.

4️⃣ 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.
Your website and sales materials should answer:
“Who is this for, what does it solve, and why now?”
If it’s unclear to you, it’s invisible to them.

Am I the only person who disappeared from LinkedIn for 2 weeks?

I didn’t even make the classic ‘year in review’ post

So, I’ll condense my 2025 now:

I’ve been self-employed for 2 and a half years, and I’m in a better position than ’24 or ’25.

But I thought 2025 would have gone better,

The year felt like I couldn’t put 2 big wins together, 

In business, not boxing, 
I won 5 fights in a row there 😉

In business, it’d be a big win, 2 steps forward,

Then a small loss would put me 1 step back
(This happened 4/5 times.)

While I was living it, I didn’t see it as progress.

Christmas and New Year came at the right time.

I was able to refresh and look at what I could have done better:

🥊 I didn’t go “all in.”

I’d niched privately in my outbound in July, but hadn’t done it in my marketing.

Idk why, but it diluted my messaging, 
I’ve put this right!

🥊 I didn’t prioritise myself enough

Pretty self-explanatory, this one, in 2026, I will become a priority again.

I will put myself first,
and it's something I'm excited about!
