As the Chief Positivity Officer (CPO) at Kudos International, I have been leading and empowering a global team of positive people who share the vision of making humanity better.

With over five (5) years experience of facilitating and hosting online and offline events, workshops, and audio rooms that promote Positivity, love, kindness, compassion, empathy, integrity, and humanity as the core values of human existence.

With over five years of experience in accounting, marketing, and leadership, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for positive collaboration. I believe that teamwork makes the dream work, and that integrity is key to longevity in relevance. 

My mission is to spread and share positivity to every corner of the earth, one person at a time, and to create a support system and a community of positive people who can inspire and uplift each other. Gwyn Nor Elementary School 

In this role, I lead an eight-member team to deliver a research-based curriculum that drives client success and positive outcomes. I collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams and managers to write individualized education plans (IEPs) and formulate instructional practices that support multiple learning styles. I also coordinate schedules to accommodate students across all grade levels. I analyze formative and summative assessment data to create instructional materials that boost performance and enhance learning environments. I generate reports to drive informed decisions and manage multiple projects to completion on time and within budget. 
My achievements include:
 Trained team members to deliver a curriculum that increased client achievement from 10% to 90%
accuracy.
 Created four daily team schedules, resulting in the timely completion of individual instruction to
eight clients in four grade levels.
 Created and delivered presentations using leading-edge technology platforms and learning
management systems (LMS), driving mastery of skills in students with learning deficits.
 Accurately documented specific data points, ensuring consistent compliance with organizational
policies.
 Generated data forms that tracked student progress, increasing efficiency of monitoring individual
goals and stakeholder reporting and customizing curriculum development.

I modified and implemented a training curriculum and specific accommodations to optimize
productivity. By delivering engaging, differentiated instruction to large and small groups, I ensured
learning success. I collaborated with cross-functional departments to analyze training needs and
evaluate client achievements then reported these insights to stakeholders. In addition, I monitored
student performance and response to trainings to determine areas the needed improvement. My key
achievements include:
 Forged relationships with behaviorally challenged students.
 Mentored and provided essential needs to low socio-economic students with learning deficits.

Learning Support Special Education Teacher

Hatfield Elementary School

In this capacity, I planned and delivered educational instruction to students with autism spectrum
disorder and emotional disabilities. I created daily schedules for three team members accountable for
facilitating coursework for eight students in five different grade levels. This included utilizing leading-
edge technology platforms and various learning methodologies to prepare and disseminate trainings
and presentations. I conducted needs assessment and analyzed data to assess learning priorities and
program effectiveness and recommended modifications to achieve objectives.

North Penn Senior High School

This role involved the application of various instructional techniques to provide small group instruction
to clients with special needs. I created courses and assessments to meet student needs. I also tracked
and analyzed data to establish my clients’ learning goals.

Hi, I’m Julie, an accomplished professional who designs and delivers research-based instructional practices,
