3) It’s Not You; It’s Their Drama.
 Don’t be an audience for someone else's internal tragedy. 
Their negativity is theirs to own.

4) Be the Non-Reactive Monk.
 Imagine negativity as a rogue wave.
Stay light on your feet and let it pass without hitting you.

5) Be the Circuit Breaker.
 Negativity thrives on attention. 
Stop the gossip. Redirect the energy toward a solution.

6) Set Stoic Boundaries. 
"No" is a complete sentence. 
Be firm, be polite and protect your time.

7) Choose Your Handle.
 Every situation has two handles: the emotional one and the rational one.
 Pick the rational one every time.

8) Be the Beacon. Calm is contagious.

Lead by example, not by preaching.

Don’t get checkmated by someone else's tantrum.

I built a SAAS Application without writing a single line of traditional code.

Last year, I would have needed a CTO and a budget of $10k to get this off the ground.

1. Research is Non-Negotiable

You are one Google search away from a successful pitch. 
Knowing your prospect's background is the difference between a sale and a block. Ignorance is not an excuse in B2B sales.

2. Relevance Beats Volume

It is better to pitch 5 right people than 500 wrong ones. 
A targeted approach yields higher conversion rates and better relationships. 
Stop trying to automate relationships.

3. The Credibility Check

Ensure you aren't pitching an expert on their own expertise.
 It makes you look like an amateur and insults their intelligence. 
Know your place in the market relative to theirs.

4. Respect the Prospect

When you pitch without research, you are saying your time is more important than theirs. 
That is a losing strategy.
 Respect gets returned with revenue.
