For 18 years, I’ve worked with and for multinational companies - as a recruiter, a manager, an executive coach and career coach in Dubai. Through this work, I learned why some people succeed while others struggle in the corporate world.

I’ve personally faced and overcome company restructures, job loss and working in a toxic culture. I learned how to navigate the job market and successfully change careers.

As Head of Third Party Relationships for the Simplicity Loans & Advisory Group, I’m responsible for providing strategic direction, market share growth and amplification of the brand through our third party channel - Marketplace Finance

Lead our Relationship Managers in pursuit of specific sales, service, growth, & opportunity targets.

Create development opportunities for our team to allow the achievement of current and future objectives and desired staff satisfaction. 

Manage the daily operation to achieve continued growth for our team, referrers and strategic partners.

Represent Marketplace Finance and be the face of the business within the third party market.

Maximise the visibility of the Marketplace Finance brand throughout the country, by actively and positively promoting the company at public events and across social media channels.

With over twenty years experience in finance, I've worked in multiple roles in direct banking from Branch Manager through to Area Manager. In 2012, I found my passion within the intermediary channel.

With a deep passion for finance brokers, I founded National Finance Brokers Day, back in 2015 which was established to build awareness of the broker industry throughout Australia and help educate consumers on the advantages received by dealing with a broker along with the full service proposition that these professionals bring to the market place.

NFBD is held annually on the third Wednesday of August and presents an opportunity for both brokers and consumers to reflect on the impact the industry has made on them during the past twelve months.

I’m also the Co-Host of the No Hair Just Finance podcast.

Our podcast dives deep into the heart of financial trends, challenges, and innovations, all while maintaining a light-hearted and accessible tone.
