My responsibilities were:
✅ Deep understanding of coaching businesses and identifying the needs of coaches
✅ Turning the understanding into a roadmap for the platform
✅ Creating and documenting new and updated features and delivering them to the development team
✅ Overseeing the development of the platform
✅ Testing and gathering feedback with the coaches
✅ Doing research & running interviews with our users (coaches)
✅ Running demo and onboarding calls (for research purposes)
✅ Building and updating the knowledge base and help articles for upcoach users

I still cooperate with upcoach as one of their experts, helping their users to optimize the platform for their business needs.

Short term project BA3 Siloweiterung for ZG Raiffeisen from 5th July to 14th August 2015.

The aim of the project was as an implementation of complete electrical installation for the three crop silos - power and control of the chain and belt conveyors, switch gears, sensors, lighting and other infrastructure.

•  ensuring compliance with legal norms & client’s standards

I interpreted communication between lead engineer and client’s project manager, installed and connected the belt conveyors, switch gears, sensors & performed final I/O check of installed systems on three projects.
