Over the past 10+ years, I went from being a freelance project manager to building a 7-figure agency that employs over 20 people.

I briefly stepped down as day-to-day CEO at Tako Agency in 2021 and started my product studio, 920Four.com. Now I run both agencies. 

I became interested in building SaaS products in early 2018 when I started Tako Agency, and my goal was to cater to the niche-SaaS business market. Since then, I have built Sparetoolz.com, Thymeline.co, and a few others, and more are in the works. 

I am a multi-passionate entrepreneur, and I am on a mission to help freelancers, early agency owners, and digital product builders grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
•	Oversee the implementation of therapy programs and operations for a team of 19 counselors, 5 administrative staff, and 2 supervisors.
•	Design and manage strategies to engage and liaise schools, therapists, partners, and other stakeholders to improve mental health services for children and families, rising clientele by 30%.
•	Track, monitor, and review phase progressions, management, and quality assurance, and prepare reports periodically, performing 50 Quality Assurance calls a month and 25 cold calls for potential new partners monthly.
•	Oversee website, events, and other marketing and external communications materials for external stakeholders, conveying important messaging on services, programs, opportunities, and awareness.
•	Manage periodic meetings with internal and external teams.
