Over the past 10+ years, I went from being a freelance project manager to building a 7-figure agency that employs over 20 people.

I briefly stepped down as day-to-day CEO at Tako Agency in 2021 and started my product studio, 920Four.com. Now I run both agencies. 

I became interested in building SaaS products in early 2018 when I started Tako Agency, and my goal was to cater to the niche-SaaS business market. Since then, I have built Sparetoolz.com, Thymeline.co, and a few others, and more are in the works. 

I am a multi-passionate entrepreneur, and I am on a mission to help freelancers, early agency owners, and digital product builders grow their businesses.

I live in Chicago currently.

But rest assured, the goal is to run my business from a cabin in the woods of Wisconsin or Minnesota.

I’m glad to live in a time that allows remote work, because idk what job I’d do if I was living in the woods.

Posting this here as an affirmation to achieve this by 30. Giving me 2.5 years.

It’s a hefty goal, but with the right execution can be done.

Want to make YouTube videos but are afraid of your apartment or house background not being professional enough?

The real answer? 

Get over it and just create! 

Stop worrying about what people think about your background.

But if you REALLY can't shake that feeling about your dirty house or apartment, here's how to avoid that:

Step 1: Take a photo of yourself at your desk

(Good lighting helps, but doesn't have to be perfect)

Step 2: Feed it to any image gen or editing model

Ask it to place you in a well-lit professional studio – design it however you want. (I said bikes and the color blue)

Step 3: Generate your audio
I used ElevenLabs Labs with my voice clone

Step 4: Sync it all up
Run it through a lip-syncing model to make everything match

My Results

Got a clean studio look from Google's Veo3 (first-to-last image model). The face distorts a bit toward the end, but honestly? Still works.

This past weekend, I continued down the rabbit hole with fal

$20 in credits, a little too much coffee, and lots of free time.

All focused on experimenting and fine-tuning my personal AI avatar.

A few things stood out:

• For non-talking B-roll shots, you can get surprisingly good quality without breaking the bank.

• Filming equipment is quickly becoming optional—unless you're doing longer talking head shots (or have budget to burn).

Sometimes, the most worthwhile projects are the ones you build just to see what's possible.

New Discovery in AI Video Gen 

Ask Google veo3 to make an 8-second video, but feed it only 2 or 3 seconds of dialogue.

What happens next? Watch below

Because after your script runs out, Veo3 decides the subject should just freestyle and make random expressions.

It's like the AI equivalent of standing on stage after forgetting your lines—except way funnier to watch.

It seems like Veo is not as built for non-dialogue clips.
