Product Marketing Lead

As a product marketing manager I am responsible for successfully executing the following tasks: 

- Managing new product releases where alignment between the development and marketing team is crucial for a successful roll-out. 
- Leading new product launches: preparing the assets, aligning the team, briefing, coordination, meetings
- Developing clear product positioning & messaging strategy
- Making sure users have a seamless onboarding experience and understand what Zebra BI visuals have to offer

- Collaborating in preparation and execution of short and long term plans for improving digital channels of Zebra BI based on analysis of different metrics that determine success.

Besides being responsible for the management of all DIH Digital platforms and content being published across different websites, my new task is also to oversee the social media channels for all 3 brands. This means preparing daily and up-to-date content, working with other departments, understand the characteristics of different social media channels and implement that in practice, as well as the introduction of social media calendar and well-established process. The biggest project is developing a corporate social media strategy.

- working with digital automation tool Oracle to create CRM campaigns, forms, landing pages, emails, etc.

I entered the world of digital marketing while still studying Spanish Linguistics and Sociology at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana. Accepting an amazing opportunity to join Optiweb's fast-growing marketing team as an office assistant, I instantly fell in love with the dynamic nature of agency work, an ever-changing and diverse list of clients and awesome team spirit. Besides helping colleagues with event organisation and administrative tasks, I also supported the day-to-day operations of our WordPress team and acquired priceless web page editing skills.

Combining my passion for marketing with a keen interest in all things digital, I progressed to the position of Marketing assistant, eagerly exploring the universe of marketing automation, working on campaigns for key customers and acting as a vital link between Optiweb's developers and digital marketing specialists. After becoming a project manager within the marketing department, I was in charge of one of our most important clients, a Swiss-based high-tech company. Utilising my foreign-language skills, technical knowledge and organisational skills, I felt right at home since the first moment.

In addition to my work, I am also an International Business student at the Faculty of Economics as I strive to expand my horizons, combining my work experience with key theoretical insights that will help me understand the clients' business needs even better.

With a passion for organisation, multitasking and transparent communication, I approach every single project with enthusiasm and feel at my happiest when things run smoothly from day one to the finish line. As as I am aware that nothing can prepare you for the challenges of project management as effectively as your own experience, I work as much as I can and as hard as I can to make a difference and achieve results.

When the lid on my laptop is closed, I love devote my time to travelling, exploring the local forest paths with my dog and having a great time with my loved ones. I like to spread positive energy, adore team spirit and cherish professionalism and honest feedback.
