As a complex PTSD survivor with a nasty inner critic, I struggled finding the right support during my healing journey while simultaneously working in a highly stressful sales role. My ambition and drive were constantly being sabotaged by my inner critic telling me I wasn’t good enough, and holding me back from believing in my own potential.

As if that wasn’t enough, I landed a case of burnout and left the corporate world. I then became a Whole-Person Certified Coach (accredited by the ICF) so that I could help other high-achieving professionals build a more empowered relationship with themselves and confidently pursue what matters - whether that’s thriving in their current role, making a career change, or simply living with more ease and purpose. 

I integrate techniques from Positive Psychology, Somatic Psychology, Meta-Learning, Developmental Psychology, NLP, Attachment Theory, and other scientifically grounded, evidence-based areas of practice to best support my private clients and team workshops. 

Outside of the office, you can find my solar-powered self teaching yoga, going on beach walks in San Diego, spending time with my twin brother, Michael, who has Down Syndrome, and traveling the world and exploring new cultures.
