Syft is a “value matching” application that uses AI to enhance the process of value selling by matching sellers with the most suitable prospects. Instead of the traditional "spray and pray" approach, Syft focuses on connecting sellers with prospects more likely to need their products or services. Syft then automates gathering the necessary information to present a "value hypothesis" for the seller to approach the prospect with a perspective. This approach results in a high-quality sales pipeline, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.

I started my career in software sales, where I realized most B2B content felt too safe and that great event content was lacking. That gap led me to cofound EventShark with my business partner Ding Zheng (aka The Sales Rapper), so we could bring creativity, energy, and intentionality into B2B video and event capture.

I also co-host the “EventShark Podcast” where we dive into what’s working in B2B content, LinkedIn strategy, and brand building with other marketers and founders.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, running, coffee, and travel. I post semi-regular vlogs on LinkedIn and YouTube, sharing the behind-the-scenes of building a creative video agency.

We use it to auto-log opportunities, stay on top of our pipeline, and bring back deals we had completely written off.

We just ask it "what are 5 deals we forgot existed?" and it tells us.
