- 166% quota, exceeded monthly goals, top 5 sales reps in a team of 50 reps with $294,380 in personal cash collected volume in 3 months from 52 accounts closed in a B2C, 100% commission role.

- 2022: $1,200,000 in personal cash collected volume, ranked top 5 sales rep in teams of 25-50
- 2021: $850,000 in personal cash collected volume, ranked top 5 sales rep in teams of 10

- Operated as a high ticket sales closer in a 100% commission only role in a remote environment, prospecting, setting appointments, qualifying, and enrolling clients into various products and services. Average ticket prices range from $5k - $75k.

לפני כמה שנים עשיתי את הדבר הכי מסוכן שיזם יכול לעשות.
נרדמתי בשמירה.

זה תמיד מתחיל אותו דבר – בהצלחה.
אצלי זו הייתה הצלחה שלא ממש יכולתי להסביר.

מהרגע שפתחתי את העסק הגיעו לקוחות, ועוד לקוחות.
תוך פחות משנה הגעתי למשכורת הייטק הקודמת שלי, בפחות שעות.

אהבתי את מה שאני עושה, הבאתי ערך, וזה הספיק.
עד שזה כבר לא באמת הספיק.

זה התחיל לאט. קצת פחות לקוחות. ירידה כמעט לא מורגשת בהכנסות.
ואז הגיע קיץ חלש, כמו תמיד, אבל הפעם קצת יותר.
ואני עדיין חלמתי.

אחריו הגיעו ספטמבר והחגים - וההאטה התחילה להיות מורגשת. 
ואז השביעי באוקטובר.

ברגע אחד, הכל נעצר.
לקוחות הפסיקו תהליכים באמצע ולא חזרו, גם אחרי כמה חודשים.
לקוחות חדשים לא הגיעו.
והבנתי – העסק שלי נכנס למלחמה כשהוא לא בשיאו.
לא בנוי. לא מוכן.
רק אז התעוררתי. והחלטתי להילחם.

לקחתי ליווי, שיניתי כיוון, כתבתי, יזמתי, בניתי מסגרות חדשות.
חלק הצליחו. חלק לא.
אבל העסק התחיל לחיות שוב.

היום אני כבר יודעת.
להירדם בשמירה מסוכן יותר מכל החלטה לא נכונה שאקבל או כיוון לא מדויק שאבחר.
והתפקיד שלי הוא לא רק לאמן וללוות. אלא גם להשקיע בעסק שלי.
לטפח אותו, לבנות אותו, להמשיך לצמוח.

גם כשנראה שהכל בסדר. אולי בעיקר אז.

לא נוהגת לכתוב סיכום שנה.
 אבל השנה, דווקא כשכולם כבר גמרו עם שלהם, החלטתי שיש לי משהו להגיד.

השנה שלי עמדה בסימן שינוי כמעט בכל תחום.

העסק שלי, שהיה 90% אימון 1:1, התפתח לעסק עם שני צירים נוספים:

1. עבודה עם קופאונדרים על פתרון קונפליקטים ועל מערכות היחסים ביניהם – תחום שהפך לחלק מהותי בעבודה שלי, עם אתגרים, למידה אינסופית, דינמיקות מורכבות ולא מעט הצלחות אמיתיות ומשמעותיות.

2. הקמה וליווי של קבוצות מאסטרמיינד לקופאונדרים - התחלתי ב 2025 בליווי קבוצות קיימות, ועכשיו, אחרי שראיתי את הערך הרב, אני מקימה את הקבוצות הראשונות שלי. מרגש, מפחיד, וממלא באנרגיה טובה.

אחרי כמה שנים של התמקדות, אני מרגישה שוב בהתרחבות.
 עשייה יומיומית, אתגרים, התרגשות.
 בבקרים אני קמה עם אש בעיניים, ורצון ליצור, להשפיע ולשנות,
 ויש לילות שאני הולכת לישון עם סימני שאלה, חוסר ודאות וחששות.
 כמו החיים עצמם.

אני מודה על הפלטפורמה הזו,
 שמאפשרת לי לשתף מחשבות, אתגרים ורגעים אמיתיים.
 ונראה שיש מי שקורא, מגיב, וממשיך לעקוב (תודה! זה ממש לא מובן מאליו).

כשעובדים או מנהלים נמצאים תחת עומס גדול מדי, הם בדרך כלל יכולים:

* להתלונן למנהל שלהם ולבקש להוריד משימות
* להעביר דברים לאחרים
* פשוט לא לעשות חלק מהמשימות 
* לכעוס, לבכות, להתעצבן
* ולקחת כמה ימי חופש כדי להירגע

אבל כשאתה יזם בסטארטאפ —

** אין לך מנהל לבקש ממנו הקלות
** אין מישהו אחר שיכול לעשות את העבודה במקומך
** לא לעשות משימות? אפילו לא מצחיק
** לכעוס או לבכות? אולי בפנים, כי כלפי חוץ צריך לשמור על המוטיבציה של כולם
** וימי חופש? כמעט תמיד “אולי אחרי הסבב / הגרסה/ הלקוח הבא”


אבל האמת הפשוטה היא שגם יזמים הם בני אדם.
וכשנמצאים במצוקה לאורך זמן — זה מתחיל לגבות מחיר.

עומס ולחץ שלא מווסתים יכולים להוביל ל - 

1. חוסר שינה (שמעמיק עוד יותר את הלחץ)
2. היחלשות של מערכת החיסון, ומחלות תכופות 
3. התקפי חרדה
4. קבלת החלטות שגויה
5. שחיקה, עייפות נפשית ולעיתים גם דיכאון

אם אתם מרגישים שאתם שם (או בדרך לשם) יש מה לעשות - 

- למצוא מקום בטוח לדבר בו: בן/בת זוג, חבר, מאמן/ת, פסיכולוג/ית או קבוצה רלוונטית
- לייצר סדרי עדיפויות אמיתיים, ולחתוך בבשר החי. לא הכול דחוף, גם אם זה מרגיש ככה
- לבנות צוות חזק סביבכם. זו השקעה בזמן עכשיו, שמביאה הקלה משמעותית בהמשך
- לטפל בגוף: ספורט, אוכל בריא, שינה. אלו לא “בונוס”, אלא תשתית הכרחית
- ואם אין ברירה - לקחת חופש. גם כשמרגיש שאי אפשר, ולפני שזה נהייה מאוחר מדי. 

מנהיגות אמיתית מתחילה בלדאוג לעצמכם.
